Quote: Oct. 2, 2004: Kaja seems to be getting along fine with living with me, a few slight differences aside... Yeah! Mummy wonn't let me keep a duk in the aparmennt, even tho I promissed to take good car of it ant fed it and let it swim in the bahtub; its not fare! That insert brought to you by Kaja herself, who's learning how to spell at the moment; it's one of her current "projects". Ya! I wanted tu hav the duk as a projekt, but Mummy sed no...meybe wen I get biger Ill hav a dukDuck issues aside, things are going very well; Kaja is meeting other banir kinder and getting to know our apartment building. In other words, keeping me incredibly busy, but I wouldn't have it any other way ^^ Quote: October 7, 2004: Things have been going somewhat smoothly...well, for us at least. Kaja was a bit upset when another Banir Kinder, Alyssah, ran away; I wasn't around at the time, but Kaj tried to help find her for a while. I haven't heard of any updates as far as the hunt goes, but Kaja has returned to her typical good spirits. Yes! Alyssah's mum sed that Alyssah didnt meen to run away herself; so I bet shell be bak sun!Quote: Oct 19: Things have been going really quietly with me and Kaja as of late; we've been on a bit of a trip recently. Kaja got her first experience visiting a zoo, for starters; and boy, do I wish that I had taken more pictures! It seems that we've found an animal to replace ducks in her affections... Yep! Now I like zebras. They'r so cute!!Indeed; we wound up spending nearly half of our time at the zoo watching the zebras. Kaja thinks it's a great tragedy that she wasn't born with stripes, and was trying to convince the zebras to give her some of theirs xd Quote: Nov 4: Time moves on, and as it does Kaja's spelling improves. I can't even begin to say how pleased I am with htis, because I'm about as tough on spelling and grammar as they come. Yeah, Mummy is realy strikt about speling, so I'm trying realy hard to spel things the write way. Oh, and guess what! Mummy let me have a pet!Aye; Kaja and I now share our apartment with Oliver... A turtl! A realy pretty turtl, too ^^ So yes, now Kaja has finally recovered from her duck, zebra, elephant, boa, and lord knows what else obsessions, and all it took was a little turtle. Quote: Jan 5th, 2005: Wow, it's certainly been a while since I've taken up the pen, hasn't it? Well, better late than never, I suppose. Yeah, and I can spell good now! Me and Oliver work hard at our speeling all the time, so we're both real good at it ^^Yes, Kaja's gotten better; and she's becoming a lot more responisble...for her. If I had known that a turtle was all it took, I would have gotten a turtle all the way back when I got Kaja! Quote: August 28th, 2005: Wow, talk about your long absences; while not exactly planned, it wasn't much of a surprise either...but at any rate, it's good to be back to the old book Yah! I've been waiting a long time to be able to write again; lookit how much gooder my spelling is! Me an' Oliver (Oliver my turtle, that is) have been practicing together, and now we're both a hole lot better; I can write right, and Oliver can make spots with his feet!Yes, there has been a great deal of excitement, as I'm sure you can tell. Kaja is as enthusiastic as ever, although the focus of said enthusiasm seems to vary. Right now, her main cause is finding another turtle to be Oliver's friend...

Quote: September 22, 2005: Oh, where to begin? There's been so much happening, it's hard to try and get it in any order, so I guess that we'll just have to begin at what appears to be a good place. For starters, school is back in session! Unfortunately, Kaja is...well, less than impressed with it. She swears up and down that she doesn't need to go, and every morning it's a fight to get her on her way. Maybe giving her a turtle wasn't such a good idea...she seems to be utterly obsessed with that creature, at the expense of all other contact! She's always out in the slough region when she's not at school these days, and I get the feeling that if she didn't have to go to school, she'd be out there 24/7. Since winter is approaching, she's more determined than ever to find a friend for Oliver, and her clothes are a testimate to that desire; mud, algae, and filth everywhere! But I suppose that's just something that has to be dealt with...

Quote: December 8th, 2005: Dear Journal... Wow, it sounds nice to be able to say that. Because now, this is really my very own journal, for me to write about what's happening in my life. And there's a lot happening in my life these days... As Momma Caj mentioned in her last entry, school is going on. And I don't like it. Many of the kids are mean; they make fun of my horns and my tail, even though I bet they're really just jealous. And there are a few girls in particular who are just so spiteful...I want to jab them with my horns, but that's probably not a good idea. Anyway, school is really bad for other stuff, too; for one thing, pets aren't allowed! As if Oliver was just some dumb pet. Since he's not just a pet, I brought him anyway, keeping him hidden; but we got caught in the lunchroom by another kid on the first day, and that was pretty scary! It was lucky that the kid can keep secrets...and he even liked Oli! His name is Spiro, and he's another kid like me...only he's got a halo and wings instead of horns and a tail. But he's still kinda the same, and that's neat... He came turtle hunting with me and Oli after school, and we finally managed to find Oliver a friend! Her name is Herman, and she's even smaller than Oli... But that's all for now! Bye! Kaja

Quote: Not much to say about what's been going on lazy; Kaja's been stir crazy as the end of the school year approaches, and has been constantly bombardin me with a list of reasons why she should be able to quit right now for the year; I swear, that girl just does not seem to be school material...

Quote: Dear Journal: You're not going to believe all that has been happening in my life lately; it's just insane, in a way! I don't really know what I think of all of it, really, but here goes:
1. My mom is pregnant! Can you believe that, she just up and decided to have a baby randomly. So now I'm going to have a baby brother or sister, which I don't know if I like the idea of. Babies are awfully loud and smelly, from what I've heard. But Mom is excited, so I guess that I just don't know what to think or say. Maybe when the baby is born I'll be able to make up my mind.
2. I have a third turtle! His name is Simon, and he's teal blue! My aunt Chivara brought him over as a present not too long ago, and he's already getting along great with Oliver and Herman. I love the fact that my turtles are all one big happy family; they live in the same tank and love to be together all the time.
That's all for now, I guess! ~Kaja

Quote: Dear Journal ~So, the baby is finally born now; his name is Remington, but me and Mum call him Remy. Not really too much to say about him yet, 'cause he's a basic baby in every respect. But he doesn't cry too much, so that's good, I guess. He tried to eat Simon once...but I rescued Simon in time, so it's all good.

Dear Journal; Heya again, just thought I'd do another update. First of all, school is back in session again, and it totally sucks. I hate having to sit in class all day, and some of the kids are soooo stupid. I can'tbring my turtles to school, because Mom says I might lose them...but I think that some of the stupid kids would be more likely to steal them. So, the turtles get to stay home and keep Remy company.
Speaking of Remy, he can walk now. And talk. But he's not too good at either yet...maybe when he's older?
Anyway, gotta go work on homework. Bye! ~Kaja

Dear Journal; Forget anything that I've ever mentioned about wanting my brother to get older and more useful. I doubt that it's even POSSIBLE for him to get useful; that kid is SUCH a brat these days. Lucky for me I don't have to deal with him as much now that he's in school...
Anyway, gotta feed the turtles. I'll write more later!
