As some of you may know, I have been working at McDonalds for just over 2 months now. Now I'm more settled in there and know people better it's actually not so bad. The atmosphere is quite good when we aren't rushed off our feet, although there is one guy who is starting to scare me with his advances. He's a giant dork and is about 10 years older than me. He left me a special christmas card in the crew room and I still can't decide if I find it hilarious or disturbing. My friend ripped the inside out (it had a paper insert) and was going to give it back to him from all the girls, but I trash compacted it. Anyway, today I got asked if I wanted to do manager training, which I do, and they told me because I've done so well at picking things up already that they've fast-tracked it so I can do it now instead of having to wait 6 months. So as of today I am now on the manager program biggrin I can't wait for my pay rise. Plus my sister wants a job there, so I'll get to be her boss xd
Discuss: Scary admirers/stalkers. Christmas cards. Enjoying something you thought you'd hate. Fast-tracking. Anything else.

I had McDonald's a few seconds ago. It's so greasy and it makes my stomach hurt.

Yeah, the only thing I can eat a whole one of is the muffins they use for breakfast. I have a plain one with jam in the morning.

They aren't bad, but I'm not really a fan of cooked stuff before 1pm.

I have McDonald's about once a year if I'm lucky. D:
But they have chicken nuggets and milkshakes so they're fine by my book.

I know someone who wants to be a district manager at Wal-Mart. It's really pathetic since it's his only goal for being an adult.

Skrie I know someone who wants to be a district manager at Wal-Mart. It's really pathetic since it's his only goal for being an adult. Well it's not my life goal, but I figure it'll help me find a job elsewhere easier. Especially since I got it offered to me after just 2 months of being there.

McDonald's is more like McCrap.
Skrie - Average Wal-Mart fulltime employee makes about 9.75 an hour.

Phasm All this and you didn't have to suck some one off? Crongratz! This is a grevious error. I say that this must be corrected immediately, Lou.
