After getting her brother Comos to watch her boys for the day Kaelin decided it was a good time to sleep in. She had been so busy just trying to keep her mind off of thing she completly tired herself out. While at the lake she saw her bother and he offer to watch the twins so she could rest.
Happily agreeing to it she came back and pass out on the fur. Laying on her side she had the blanket up to her waist as she slept. She look so peaceful, yet inside her mind her thoughts didn't leave her be. They kept bugging her demanding she give up on these throughts of ever being with another again.

Rath spent his time outside all early in the morning, running around in the forest. It was a dangerous place yes, but he was doing some gathering. He had met alot of troubles along the way, including bee's, snakes and wolves. He was determined to finish his job and got through them all.
Creeping back to his home, rubbing a bee sting on his arm, he walked in with the last gathering he needed. He smiled seeing Kaelin still asleep, he'd hoped to have the present done before she woke. Rath had covered his entire house with flowers, all but a spot around Kaelin, and he was just finishing it up. He knew women liked flowers, and hoped Kaelin did too.
Yawning silently, he tiptoed over beside her and lay down on the spot he left for himself. He closed his eyes and smiled to himself, hoping to see her face when she woke.

Turning in her sleep Kaelin move closer to Rath because of the warmth coming off of him. Laying her hand on his chest she runs it slowly along his chest before she opens her eyes slowly.
Looking at Rath she blushes pulling her hand away from Rath "I'm sorry..." she stop when she saw the flowers on the other side of Rath. Arching a brow she sat up slowly looking around. Jaw dropping she couldn't believe what she was seeing.
Turning back to Rath she just look at him stunned, she couldn't speak at all. Did he really do this for her?

Rath smiled and purred when he felt a hand on his chest and stretched, opening his eyes. He looked over at Kaelin and raised a brow when she stepped back suddenly and said she was sorry. Rath couldn't understand it, he liked it, he had no idea why she should be sorry.
Looking around the room as she did, he smiled seeing her reaction and sat up a little. Rath petted her hand and swished his tail.
" Kaelin like yes?"

Cheek turning slightly darker Kaelin nods then looks down at her lap "Its beautiful Rath." looking back up at him she smiles before laying back down on her side looking at the flowers.
No one had ever brought flowers to her, so this was new to her. She like it, but at the same time she couldn't fully show it. She had to keep reminding herself that she couldn't hurt him.
Sitting back up she looks over her shoulder at Rath just studying him. Looking away she shakes her head "Rath your a sweetheart you know thaat. You didn't have to do this for me."

Rath smiled and scooted closer to Kaelin, he wrapped his arms around her middle and held her close to him. He grinned and licked her nose with his tongue playfully.
" Kaelin needs know special to Rath, so Rath wanted to show"
He ran his fingers through her hair and purred softly. He liked Kaelin alot, he was wondering if he was scaing her. It wasn't what he wanted to do.

Kaelin close her eyes enjoying his simple touch for a moment before shaking her head. Attempting to pull away she sighs "Rath I'll end up hurting you. I don't want to do that..." she wasn't thinking as clearly as she normally would.
She hadn't been thinking clearly in weeks actually. She was so bent out on making her sons lives perfect that she forgotten that she needed comfort also. Scare that she hurt another she lock her heart away to everyone but her sons.
What she forgot was how close she was to Rath, so he was able to break through that lock. What scare her was that she would hurt him and lose him in the process.

Rath smirked and poked Kaelin on the nose with his tail. He reached back and picked up one of the flowers between his fingers and turned back. He carefully tucked the flower in Kaelin's hair and smiled.
" Kaelin never hurt Rath, Rath tough, Kaelin beautiful and nice, no reason to hurt Rath. Side, no take step anywhere, no go anywhere. Can't be afraid to try"
He held Kaelin's hand, hoping that she would understand what he was takling about.

Kaelin looks down at her hand in his, shaking her hand she pulls her hand away from his as she moves to get up. She couldn't allow herself, she just couldn't. She had to get away, even for a few minutes just to think.
Wings flapping behind her body she makes her way towards the opening of the skull. If she could make it there she run until she couldn't run anymore. She needed to clear her head.

Rath wondered why Kaelin got up and started to leave. Maybe it was too much and he scared her. It wasn't his fault, he was full of new emotions and the flooded out of him like a river.
Rath jumped up and ran jumped up into the hole in his roof, sliding down the leather skin and in front of the skull opening. HE stopped in front of Kaelin and grabbed her in his arms.
" No run... just listen. Rath sorry if too much, didn't mean to scare Kaelin. Is new to Rath, never expressed feelings. If Kaelin no like Rath, Rath will let go.
But If Kaelin go for Rath sake, then stay. Rath always take risk, Rath always get hurt. But Rath still here, still Rath. Maybe Kaelin let Rath decide if safe, Rath big now, can make mind up on his own"

Kaelin struggle for a moment in his arms before she relaxes closing her eyes. Listing to him she shakes her head lightly before laying her head on his chest "Rath I'll hurt you I know I will. I hurt Thom, I'm gonna end up hurting you." she falls quiet as she remembers the words her brother said to her about being a coward.
That what she was doing, she was being a coward. Looking up at him she bites at her bottom lip hard looking over his face. He was an adult now, she couldn't stop him.
Pushing at his chest she looks down at the ground "Rath I can't allow myself to let you choose that. Your grown yes, but this is still very new to you." she had to leave she was breaking and if he did anything else she knew she wouldn't leave.

Rath looked down atht e ground and shuffled his feet. He tried to keep his arms around Kaelin, he didn't want to let her go. Rath couldn't understand why she thought the way she did, if anything she was hurting him now.
" Rath want Kaelin to stay, Kaelin only hurt Rath if Kaelin go."
With that he leaned in to give her a kiss on the lips, thinking maybe it might help her stay instead of leaving

Kaelin let her eyes fall close the moment she felt his lips on her. A single tear slip down her cheek that was soon forgotten. Running her hands up his chest she wraps her arms around his neck returning the kiss.
Pulling back she opesn her eyes looking at Rath, she was so confuse yet at the same time she didn't want to move. Looking down she closes her eyes again as she lays her head on his shoulder for a moment "I'm sorry..." she was trying to hide her face for a moment.

Rath wrapped his arms around Kaelin and helld her tightly, running his fingers through her hair. Kaelin must have been hurt alot, he wasn't sure how exactly, but he wanted to fix it. Rath gave her a little kiss on top of her head and looked down at her face. He saw the tear and leaned down to lick it off her cheek.
" Kaelin no cry, no be sorry, Kaelin be happy, then Rath be happy"

Kaelin lifts her hand to run it across his cheek. She was so scared she would hurt him, yet at the same time she could hear her brother telling her to go for it.
Leaning up her eyes fell close as she brushes her lips over his again. She was tossing the fear out the window, it was only making her worse and she was hurting people.
Pulling herslef closer to him she deepning the kiss.
