Ive become a recent fan of night wish, and Was literall, just accepted into the guild. And I heard the lead singer was being kick out of the band. Why is she?

There are really mixed stories of why Tarja left. Many say, as Toumas said in a letter that can be found on their website, that she had been asking for too much money and was saying that Nightwish was holding her back. Others believe that she had made the decision to leave and Toumas just gave her a good kick in the a** on her way out. I don't know the real story, but this is what I've heard. All I know is that no one can replace Tarja. crying ^_^

I agree, some of those vocals almost vrought a tear to my eye.
p.s. toumas is the guitarist right?

BloodCrystals I heard from one source that maybe Amy Lee from Evanescence was going to try to sing for them too. hmmm i wouln't mind that. but the new Nightwish album is almost done and it would be great if it was all insturmental with some vocals from Marco. i mainly love nightwish for the music, rhythem and the way Tarja's voice melts into the song. the smart thing wouldve been to keep tarja, but i do think the amy lee would be somewhat good, never as good as tarja thought...it would be kool if the made marco lead vocals!

yea, she going solo, going back 2 school, teaching singing lessons and singing at randome gigs.
