In Italy you can get one with calamari, clams and mussles still in their shells, artichoke hearts, and spinach.
We like to take a store bought frozen 4 cheese thin crust pizza and throw on any combination of the following: slivered onions, chopped spinach (fresh or frozen) artichoke hearts, thawed frozen cooked baby shrimp, sandwich ham, maybe some finely chopped broccoli, pinaeapple, jalapenos, thin sliced zuccini and top it all off with extra mozzerella and parmessan/romano.
