My mom answered the phone a little while ago, and it was a telemarketer. They asked who files the taxes in the household and she said it was my dad, and that he wasn't home but he'd get back at around 8. Then they asked her who they should ask for when they call back, and she said Willie... which isn't my dads name XD... that made me laugh A LOT
Which reminded me of this one time I answered the phone and it was a telemarketer and they asked for my parents and I told them they had died >.<
There was this other time I told them my parents were on vacation in Mexico, and they wouldn't be back for a year.

Have you ever been mean to telemarketers? Are you a telemarketer or do you know anyone who is? What is your most fond telemarketer memory?

THey always ask for "William (insert last name here)" I say: "Which one? There's four of them... I think the one that you're asking for is dead though...
WHen I know full well that the one they want is my father, and that the one that is dead was my grandfather's brother... I love things like that.

I don't answer when it says "out of area"... but sometimes it doesnt, and I answer, and then I have to come up with something like "they're in the bathroom"... and then they call again, and I say "they're in the bathroom"... until they give up >.<
I keep wanting to ask them to be my friend, but that would be a little to much for me >.<... I don't have that much, I guess confidence

I haven't had any fun telemarketer moments, but for some reason I want to do this:
Telemarketer: *as Aine answers the phone* Hello, do you want-
Aine: YOU WILL DIE IN SEVEN DAYS. twisted
Telemarketer: Eep! *hangs up*
But....I don't think we get telemarketers here. And I might get in trouble for saying that to one. rofl
