Christmas 2006 : Prancer & Cupid Giving EventHow to Participate:
Another giving event simular to the solstice couple giving event. Post the name of the person you think deserves one of the deer the most. You can only nominate someone once and for only one of the deer.
All nominations must be posted in this thread.
You must specify which deer you're nominating this person for.
You cannot nominate yourself!
If we find that you bribed/begged/guilted someone into nominating you, you'll both be disqualified from the event.
Entries will be judged by the staff.
If a staff member is not around to choose a winner at the set time, the event will stop taking nominations after noon, any nominations after that time will be deleted. The winners will be announced when a staff member is able to.
There is no fee.
Winners will be notified in the thread and PMed.
Do not complain if your nomination does not win, we decide who we thinks best deserves the deer.
Post the name of the person you'd like to nominate, the deer, and why you feel they deserve that deer.

Event Type: Giving Event --  Cupid - Male Vixen's brother, Cupid is a romantic at heart and quite the charmer. While he's not as attractive as his sister, he always seems to know just what to say to melt a young cow's heart.

Reason:He has gave up all his money to buy me and his best friend gifts. He had got this money out of hard work (1000 dollars) and has spent zero dollars on him self. He is 14 and also has a girl friend who just loves him for every thing he does, he spent the whole weakend with her even though she was sick and wasn't very active and he did every thing he could to help out.

Reason: One of the nicest people I've had a chance to meet. She's been a good friend to me repeatedly ever since I joined her shop and is always there for everyone in her thread. I think she needs a little something for herself because she gives so much to others. She's even buying donation letters for her friends for Christmas. If that's not kindness I don't know what is.

Reason: I haven't been on Gaia for a very long time, and Mika was one of my first friends here. How we met was a bit embarressing, so I won't mention it. XD; But ever since that day, we've been really good buds. She's always been there for me when I need to rant about something, and always a shoulder to lean on. I don't know what would have happened if we were never friends...I might have left Breedables all together! She'll always share some cool little hidden gems of shops with me, and we'll always try to sneak in an RP together. She's helped alot of people with there quest, whether with 5k, or 20k, and heck, she gave me my fox tail, on my Birthday, when I was still such a little newbie to Gaia. I recently won a raffle, for a custom goddess, and Mika, the only thing she could say was, "Damn, you deserved that!" She just...always knows how to make me feel good inside, and probably the only thing that keeps me on here at Gaia when it starts to get to me.

Reason: [Swift] was one of two people who donated to my quest to pay off Bryce. When I sent a PM saying thank you and for details of what she would like the thank you deer art to look like, [Swift] just replied "It was a gift!" I thought that was really sweet, and I'd like to repay [Swift].

Reason: Much of what Randy said I will also have to repeat because every bit of it is true. Cyzzane is really one of the nicest people possible, she thinks constantly of others, and is always giving in one way or another. She is getting her friends donation letters for Christmas, and this is only a small portion of the numerous things she has done. She is a wonderful friend, and always there when you need someone to rant of cry to. She never judges, but is there for you, and always sympathetic. She owns a shop called The Pacific Link, and, in my opinion is one of the nicest and most generous owners I know. To date, I'm quite confident that more than half of the pets owned in that thread were freebies. She constantly has raffles, games, themed events; the majority of which require no payment whatsoever. Cyzzane has even done a number of quite complicated cosplays all as free gifts to winners of games and such. She has taken little to no payment for any of this and I would love to see her recieve something back for the immense amount she gives to others.

Reason: I would not know about the Firebringer shop if it was not for katersaur, everything i have, is because she popped in the Malukelb thread one day, and was kind enough to give me the link to this shop.
she has been a good friend to me ever since. a devoted Roleplayer with all of her deer. highly creative, something that I respect very very much, and always fun to just chat with. I would honestly love to see her with one of the Holiday reindeer, and with her as an owner I know that it would be treated with the best of care.
I owe everything to her. the joy that is my deer, and familiar is because I met her ^_^
she was the one to let me know about the event that i won Pride in heart keeping be updated to help me better in the thread and cheered me on even though I was nervous about entering a new thread. she made me feel very welcome. and I am so greatful for that.
