I can never put specialists into a different weapon.
Can somebody explain this to me, and give good idea/hints?

Two questions:

1 arrow Are you subduing them first?
2 arrow How many free spaces are there on the second item?

Yes and no. Some of the items I have already have specialists on them, some don't.
4+, after merging the same jobs.

make sure there is room. you can only transfer subdued specialists.
