Personality: Altair is a strange creature with odd practices. Blind from birth, it is not always clear exactly how he sees the world and how he reads other Nequus. Perhaps this is part of the reason he rarely seeks out others; perhaps he is simply lacking in the courage to seek companionship and the means to find it. However, even should another know him well they will find many secrets kept from them without apparent reason - as well as possessing a hidden perception of the world, Altair's motives are often cloudy. Questions, though, no matter how harmless, are usually met with anger and always with silence.
Location: Quirne, and the coastline towards the southeast where the cold slopes of Casa Tiner meet the ocean. He rarely ventures from here, but prefers, when he does, to do so under cover of darkness.
Altair's Tree is located in the Southeast Quadrant

The space left on the trunk where friends would be detailed is blank and unmarked save for a few heavily scratched images that you can make neither head nor tail of. Perhaps they used to be pictures of Nequus that Altair thought fondly of. Perhaps the scraches were made not by the Reya but by some other creature - the scratches look, at least from this distance, suspiciously like they have been made with claws. Either way, it appears that the Reya has no friends currently listed. ...Though of course, it may be that he simply has not visited his tree since meeting said friends...

Post XII: The Shrila Upon closer inspection, the little shape curled up in the branches of the tree is a Shrila, dark teal coat and feathery wings shadowed by the leaves above. Its claws clutch the branches with ease, and though at first the small creature looks to be sleeping, after a moment you notice a pair of pale, beady eyes fixed upon you. Crest raising slightly (whether in curiosity or anger, it is unclear), the Shrila peers forward, tilts its head and calls faintly:
"Hail and farewell, traveller. The Reya is gone. Unless you have something to ask of me - " And here she - for the voice is female - looks doubtful. " - you waste your time here."
