Bio: he snuck on board the ship during one of the pirate attacks, a personal friend of Stark's though he usually enjoys the quiet life of sneaking and things of that sort, Stark knew he was aboard but never mentioned his presence figuring he would show himself when he could, he has a long history that could be potentially dark or disturbing.
