Those little * are for showing action OUTSIDE of a role play thread. When talking out side of a role play thread, you can use these to show action.

Well, in a role play, you have to remember that you are basically writing a book. Actions are written in a sentence, and talk is placed in "quotations". You don't have to say, and Tesunie says," Blah!" all the time. Just place it in the "quotes" and say what you are going to say.
