Sorry to put reality in your way, but what seems hidden is actually obvious. If you tune in the crowd, you would hear disturbing subjects of so many, and in this case, this is, after all, a Halloween guild.
As for your question, Vampire Lord, it may not be so unusual for this guild to be silent. Many first starters quit in a month tops, and others could get stuck with the family matters. Though this quietness is sadly a nuissence.

Instead of scaring, I suggest attracting. Throw a major event for members only and watch the flock come by.

First of all, people have never and will never be threatened to be kicked from the guild for not posting. This has never been my way, and better not have been done in my absense.
Secondly, don't decide you want to have some grandiose, awsome, awe-inspiring event for the guild and then pm me demanding my words on this matter. Think of something you want to do before you come to me asking my opinion. We have had contests and dances before as a way of gaining new members. So you tell me then. You want to dance? Then Dance. You want to RolePlay? Then Role Play! You want to start a block party in Towns, then by all means go for it. Of course this guild should be more active, it's my baby after all. I would love to see it increase. But you don't need my opinion to start a role play thread... Anything more major than that, please give me ideas since mine have never worked.

I have a lot on my plate right now between sickness and a death in my family who was incredibly close to me. So you will understand that my postings around here are my best attempt to stay focused on the guild. I am rarely on Gaia, or the internet for that matter, these days at all, so PMing me with even a suggestion that I have been ignoring the guild really irks me. You guys have gotten more Mil time this week than most anyone I know online. If you ask me to choose between my family and the members of this guild... just don't, you won't like the answer and I don't want to give you that answer, but I will.
