What are everyones oppinions and views on the U.S. election? There's so many facts to consider, there's enviromental issues, gay rights, religion, the war, and soo many more. So what does everyone think? I thin it's important to know what's going on. Even if you're not in the U.S. (wich I am not) it is important to know what's going on with one of the strongest nations. So this is the place to post facts, views, wisdome, and even the ocasional political joke. oh and for anyone that hasnt been to JibJab.com, I demand that you go now. heart

Ok, well... I can't vote yet... Well, I can't vote period (only a US resident)... but I, personally, wouldn't vote in this election. (And please don't judge me for this) I don't like either of the candidates. I'm a very... Feelings orianted person, and I would choose a candidate from my heart not political issues or the party. I know that this is bad but that's the way I am. And frankly none of the candidates apease us... 3nodding So yeah, there's my little rambling for the day...

You're entitled to your feelings, and sometimes a candidate's platform is less important if you have a gutt feeling about a person. So, right on, Mistress Urd, for your feelings.

Darkfist007 Im a Canadian, but my opinion is, anyone but Bush. I think anyone but Bush, too, but not because I think he's a terrorist or anything. Just because I don't think he can handle a country, and he hasn't done a very good job during his administration. Anyways, I'm too young to vote and the people's votes don't matter, just the electoral vote.
Did anyone watch the debates?

Im an american...-sigh- Im 17 so im one year from voting, and have watched all 3 debates. Americans didn't want to go to war but we did anyways, our voices were on mute... Bush wants a draft to help his war on oil, as kerry wants to gain allies from the world to help in a world war (?mabey?)... I want kerry to win, I just want the war over and bush isn't doing a thing. Nader is a good guy but this isn't his year, he takes votes and ends up helping bush. Now friends of bush are installing computer voting machines in few states like florida, on the news the people making it said that it can get hacked into, yet its much better then what we have. I just know bush has a card up his sleve... sad

I agree. I hate when people say any one but Bush, but don't have any reasons for saying that. But you do, so that's good. I agree that Bush isnt really capable of running his country, but I'm not so sure Kerry is either... sweatdrop They're both tricky and giving out false info. I've watcher all debates, and been studying their platforms, but it really seems more like a cat fight then election to me

But if its a choice of a jackass or a jackass with the IQ of a wet fish and an already proved itchy trigger finger, I'll take the plane old jackass.
