Mia got out of her car and looked around for any sign of Moonie's car, though she didn't see it."Well I don't think they are here, but maybe they walked?"She opened the back door to allowe Arith out and pulled out the bag ocntaining their towels adn other various things.
Arith jumped out of the car and ran to the end of the car, leaning forward a bit to look around for Delta."Lassie~!"Arith's ears perked forward, as if waiting for a reply.

Delta sat on a bench outside the entrance to the pool, She grinned and stood up when she saw Arith's car arrive, Finally he was here. Moon had had to drop Delta off and then go off to the market to buy some food but she trusted that Delta wouldnt talk to strangers and she would be back in a few hours to pick Delta up.
Delta picked up her sports bag of her swimgear and ran over to Arith who was calling out 'Lassie for some reason'... Grinning she greeted him and his mum. "Hey Arith! Whats a 'Lassie' and why are you shouting it out?"

Mia closed the door and grinned when she saw Delta coming over."Hey there, you've sure grown."She chuckled and looked around."Where's your mom?"
Arith huffed, as if it was the most obviously stupid question ever."I saw a show with a doggy, she looked like you.She even came when they called out Lassie."He grinned in a manner as if to say 'Just like you did'.

Delta smiled to Arith's mum, It was true she had grown and also her language had gotten a lot better, ah the wonders of schooling. "She had to go emergency grocery shopping before the Christmas rush gets too crazy." Delta was so proud that her mum had trusted her to wait at the swimming pool alone until Arith arrived, even if it was only for five minutes.
Then Delta turned to Arith with a puzzled look on her face "A dog, called Lassie? Thats a bit weird." and then she realized that he was making fun of her, Delta tended to be slightly slow when it came to people being sarcastic or teasing. "I might be part dog, the kind of dog that is similar to this Lassie.. but I don't go around calling you Balto." she pouted, her hands on her hips. "and maybe next time you call out weird names at me I wont come running. Hmpf!" Delta tried her best to look annoyed when really she found it extremely hard to stay annoyed with her friends. Then she smiled, showing that she truly wasn't annoyed with him. "So Balto boy, ready to go for a swim? you guys took FOREVER to get here." Delta was itching to go swimming but first she had to find the change rooms and get into her new swimmers.

"Ahh, I see."Mia continued to smile, shifting the bag slightly as it had started to dig into her arm."Well it she doesn't get here soon I might have to puch her into the pool."She gave a smile wink, thought she was kidding..or was she.( ninja )
Arith blinked at her, confused as to why she got upset by it.He frowned slightly, ears drooping.He scuffed the ground with a foot."Im sorry, I didn't mean to make ya mad."Arith looked abck up at her, ears perking forward as he noticed she was smiling.He grinned and nodded."Yeah, but it wasn't my fault.Mom lost my swim trunks."
Mia snorted and ruffled his hair."You can't way I lost it if it was hidden under your bed."she cnuckled and moved around the, smiling down at the two."Ready to go swim?The changing rooms are just inside."

"Mum might not get here for a while, but who knows she might come earlier and have enough time for a swim" Delta grinned "I just hope she comes wearing her swimmers because I'll help you push her in" She giggles mischievously, Delta loved to play pranks on her mum, not mean ones that hurt feelings but just funny ones that are a surprise.
"You wear trunks swimming? or you swim in a trunk? I thought trunks were a type of sort-of chest." Delta scratched one of her ears slightly puzzled, all the different terms for everything confused her. Even though her language had improved greatly, she still had limited knowledge and an incomplete vocabulary. "Anyway, I'm going to go get into my swimsuit, I'll be out as fast as possible." With a smile she slung her bag over her shoulder and ran towards where Arith's mum had pointed out as the change rooms. Tail wagging she raced in the side that had the picture of the stick figure in a dress symbolizing female.

Mia chuckled."A'ighty, well you two hurry along and get changed."She smiled as she watched Delta hurry off, though she planned on taking her time.Cats go nowhere in a hurry. ;3
Arith blinked, obviously confused at what she was saying."What?"He was still trying to figure it out when Delta hurried off, and after a moment he followed."W-wait up!"He slowed as he walked inside, looking around for the boy's changing room, spotting it across form the girls, adn walked inside..hurrying out a moment later realizing he had forgotten his swim shorts and got them off Mia before returning to the changing room.

Delta was excited, she had only word this swimsuit once before and that was at the store. Her mum had had to specially sew a hole in the bottom part for her tail and while she was sewing it she had added some more trim to it in yellow. The main part of the swimmers was purple. but the thing that delta liked most about it was that it was a two piece that meant she felt she has more freedom to move, she really didn't like the one-piece swimmers.
Once she had her swimsuit on she stuffed her day clothes and shoes in her bag, got out her towel and sunscreen and ran back outside to the poolside where she put some sunscreen on the inside of her ears and on her nose to stop her from getting burnt. Then she waited for Arith, she really wished he would hurry up, the water looked so inviting.

Arith excited the changing room, wearing a paor of black swim shorts with a single purple stripe down the side of each leg.His mom has as well fixed them with a hole for his tail.He glanced up to see that Delta was already changed."Nice swim suit."He smiled and handed the shorts he had changed form to Mia, who had just walked in."Lets go!"He hurried torwads the water in a fast walk, glancing back at Mia since the last time he had run and gotten in trouble.
"Be careful you two!"Mia stuffed the shorts into the bag and went to change herself.She came out a few minutes later in a black, two piece swim suit.It was black, the bottom kinda shorts-like with a red stripe down one side, and the top black aswell, a red pawpring on the side opposite that of the stripe on the shorts.

Delta beamed as Arith exited the change rooms wearing his swimmers, They were pretty cool, but delta had a thing for the color purple. "Thanks" she chimed as Arith complemented her "Yours are awesome too!" then she hurried with him to the waters edge. She loved swimming and water, she had even surprised her mum when she went to her first swimming lesson because she already seemed to know how to swim, doggy paddle that is.
Grinning delta dived into the water, it was a perfect temperature as the day was quite warm. Nice and refreshed from her dive delta burst out from below the surface looking a little strange with all her fur stuck to her skin, there she tread water for a bit waiting for Arith. "Come on in the water is great!" she called out to him and his mum who was now coming in their direction.

Mia set the items down by one of the many chairs lying about and sat down, stretching her legs and arms out."Ahh, imma sit for a bit, you kids have fun."She smiled and settled down in the chair, tail swishing form side to side as she took a small rest, as she was quite tired after the long search for Arith's swim shorts.
Arith dived in a bit after her, coming back up and snorting out a bit of water."Where'd ya go?"Arith turned around, trying to see Delta from behind his hair, which has fallen over his face.

Delta grinned to Mia "your loss"she chimed as she again dived under the water, wanting to scare Arith. Under the water Delta's vision wasn't as good as it usually is but she still managed to single out Arith's Grey tail and sneak up behind him. without a sound she came up from underwater and "RAAAAAAAA!!" she jumped on top of Arith roaring trying to scare him

Arith bruches the hair up out of his face and looked around, not seeing Delta."Seriously, where'd you g-"He let out a yelp or surprise as Delta came up and jumped him.He fell underwater and spun away, swiming torwards the other end of the pool.He came up for air and looked around, diving back down before he was seen.Kicking off the pool's side he shotback torwards where he had left Delta, turning his head this way and that to look about, though thw water blurring his vision didn't help at all.

AHA! Victory! Delta had gotten Arith good, she grinned as the thought of the look on his face. She loved to play with Arith, they were such good friends. But now he seemed to have disappeared? She looked around treading water in circles. Arith was nowhere to be seen. "A-Arith?" She called out, getting a little worried "Arith where are you? are you alright?". Delta continued to search around for him to no avail.

Arith could just make out Delta turning in circles.Had it not for him being underwater he would have let out a small chuckle.Swimming slowly forward he got as close as he could without her touching him and finging him out.With a mischevious smile he reaches out and grabbed one of her legs, just in means to startle her.He let go of her and puched up, his head bearking the surface of the water and he let out what he assumed sounded like an evil laugh."Bwahahaa~!"
