Personality: Very bubbly, and excited about anything that happens in his life. When depressed, he seems to drift into space, or act like anyone who talks to him isn't there. When angered, he acts like a rebel, ignoring anything from the law to the little old lady trying to cross the street. He also likes to procrastinate, and usually lies about it when he does.
Charlie's History: Born in the south, he has had a rather peaceful lifestyle, and not much complaints. When he was five years old, he started to carry around a mayson jar with the word "Words" written in marker on the side in which he still has today. He started carrying it when he realized that he often forgot what people said to them- he tried to use it to capture the person's voice so when he opened it, he would hear the voice again. Of course, he still carries around the jar to remember gleeful moments in where he used the jar, and as painful reminders of those who had departed while he had still been using the jar.
When he was nine, Charlie was introduced to Miles Davis, and bought a Trumpet soon after. When he joined Band in the sixth grade, though, he was switched to the Tenor Saxaphone because there were only a few at that time. His freshman year in High School, he was known as "The new King of Jazz". In his sophmore year, he was introduced to interior design via his mother, and pursued an interior design career as one of his many life-long goals. Charlie's Senior year, he was accepted into the Mississippi Lions band as a third chair Saxaphone. (Tenors are too big to carry for marching.) After his Senior year, he used his Loins Band scholarship to get into Mississippi State University pratically for free.

Saevah Family History:
in the early 1920s, the Saevah family, there called the Peterson family, had emigrated from Ireland to the United States, when the head of the family at that time filled out the citizenship form, he was scared of enemies following him from Ireland, he changed the famliy name to Saevah.

History:
Jasmine Peterson was born on May 24th, 1987 in Carlow, Ireland under an Irish mother and American father. Because her father was severly patriotic of only his home country had caused a stir in the small community. When she was five years old, she had been diagnosed with a severe case of Selective Mutism, which caused her father to go into an uproar. A year later, he lashed out, beating both Jasmine's mother and Jasmine herself only a few inches from death. When her father recieved his sentance, he fled from Carlow, but was caught and murdered by a local in a nearby town who had heard of him.
From that point, the girl's communicating seemed to almost diminish completly until Jasmine and her mother immigrated to America to seek a new life. During the flight, a severe thunderstorm hit the plane, causing it to use a new course, but was soon shot down by a neighboring country, thinking it was an enemy. Clinging to life and a piece of the plane's wing and remains of an airplane seat, Jasmine managed to stray to everyone's favorite island...
Right now, I'm thinking Jasmine as either a Piebald whitetail deer, Peacock, Flamingo, or the Harlequin bug

ABOUT SELECTIVE MUTISM (Taken from Wikipedia)
In the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders selective mutism is described as a rare psychological disorder in children. Children (and adults) with the disorder are fully capable of speech and understanding language, but fail to speak in certain social situations when it is expected of them. They function normally in other areas of behaviour and learning, though appear severely withdrawn and might be unwilling to participate in group activities. It is like an extreme form of shyness, but the intensity and duration distinguish it. As an example, a child may be completely silent at school, for years at a time, but speak quite freely or even excessively at home.
The disorder is not regarded as a communication disorder, in that most children communicate through facial expressions, gestures, etc. In some cases, selective mutism is a symptom of a pervasive developmental disorder or a psychotic disorder.
In diagnosis, it can be easily confused with autistic spectrum disorder, or Aspergers, especially if the child acts particularly withdrawn around his or her psychologist. Unfortunately, this can lead to incorrect treatment.
Selective mutism is usually characterised by the following:
-Consistent failure to speak in specific social situations (in which there is an expectation for speaking, e.g., at school) despite speaking in other situations.
-The disturbance interferes with educational or occupational achievement or with social communication.
-The duration of the disturbance is at least 1 month (not limited to the first month of school).
-The failure to speak is not due to a lack of knowledge of, or comfort with, the spoken language required in the social situation.
-The disturbance is not better accounted for by a Communication Disorder (e.g., Stuttering) and does not occur exlusively during the course of a Pervasive Developmental Disorder, Schizophrenia, or other Psychotic Disorder.
The former name elective mutism indicates a widespread misconception even among psychologists that selective mute people choose to be silent in certain situations, while the truth is that they are forced by their extreme anxiety to remain silent; despite their will to speak, they just cannot make any voice. To reflect the involuntary nature of this disorder, its name had been changed to selective mutism in 1994. However, misconceptions still prevail; for instance, the ABC News erroneously attributed the cause of selective mutism to trauma and described it as willful in a report dated May 26, 2005.
The incidence of selective mutism is not certain. Owing to the poor understanding of the general public on this condition, many cases are undiagnosed. Based on the number of reported cases, the figure is commonly estimated to be 1 in 1000. However, in a 2002 study in The Journal of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, the figure has increased to 7 in 1000.
No single cause has been established, but there is some evidence that there is a hereditary component and that it is also more common in girls than boys. Typical sufferers have some of the following traits when anxious, all of which are often perceived as rudeness:
-They find it difficult to maintain eye contact.
-Often don't smile and have blank expressions.
-They move stiffly and awkwardly.
-They find situations where talk is normally expected particularly hard to handle. Answering school registers, saying hello, goodbye, thank-you.
-They tend to worry about things more than others
-They can be very sensitive to noise and crowds
-Find it difficult to talk about themselves or express their feelings
On the positive side, many sufferers have
-Above average intelligence, perception, or are inquisitive
-Are sensitive to others' thoughts and feelings
-Have very good powers of concentration
-Often have a good sense of right/wrong/fairness
