It was a nice day in the village proper, the sun was shining and there wasn't a cloud in the sky...so why was Stewart in such a bad mood? He was contemplating this fact as he walked out of his dark duplex into the bright sunlight for what seemed like the first time in months. Stewart wasn't too sure where exactly he was heading to, but the goat within him had been dieing to get out, and well he had finally cracked. Looking around, Stewart was relieved to not see anyone else around. Ever since his last transformation Stewart had started to slowly withdraw from the island life. But today, he found having such a bad day that he couldn't wait to get out of his Duplex. Walking slightly hunched over Stewart started wandering about the village proper.

Shenzi hadn't really left her dulpex in a few days, not since meeting Cody. The lack of cigarettes was finally getting to her, and she didn't want to force her irritability on anyone. Well, the fugly woman, maybe, but she doubted she'd be seeing her anytime soon.
Shaking her head, she pulled her hair back into a single tail, the rebelious curls falling through the tie to her muttered curses. For lack of imagination as to where to go, and the fact she didn't feel like playing arcade games, she made her way to the cafeteria, though she wasn't particularly hungry. Maybe she'd just see who was in there...
She stopped her stride, her hands in carefully balled fists in her pockets, when her eyes saw someone else, another changed islander. Frowning, she just stood and watched him for a few minutes, trying to figure out what he was.

Stewart, oblivious as always, never noticed as the newcomer started to watch him. But after a minute or two he got a strange feeling that someone was watching him. Curious, he looked back and was quite surprised to see blue. Or rather a strange looking girl with bright blue hair. He had a feeling that she was one of those girls that his mother always warned him about. He knew that he should probably walk away right now, but his curiosity was getting the better of him. Not knowing what exactly to say to her, he just sat there looking nervous trying to think of 'cool' to say.

Oblivious to the other's thoughts, she focused mainly on his hair. Now why the hell can't I have hair like that...? She thought enviously. Long brown curls, in place of her lightly wavy dark chocolate ones. Granted, she'd dyed her hair and used a curling iron, so she had some of it. Sighing to herself, she gave him a smile, noticing the horns and the white beard.
Then it clicked. "A billy-goat?" She asked; she wasn't paying 100% attention, so her accent bled through her words.

Stewart wasn't sure what she would do next, but was slightly relieved when she smiled at him. That was a good sign right? He thought to himself trying to remember what exactly his mom had told him. But his train of though was soon interupted when she said something he couldn't quite make out. She also had an accent too, but what he had never heard one like that before. Not sure if she spoke english or not he said "Oh um- hello. What did you just say again?"

She raised an eyebrow, before shrugging to herself. She was wearing what she usually did, a well fitting yellow tube top, and ripped up, bright orange jeans. She hadn't been able to get shoes on her feet, so she settled with painting her new nails a vivid purple. She had a dark violet hat on her head, with her curls straying out of the tie.
"Sorry. I mumble sometimes. You're a goat?" She repeated, thinking for a moment. Her accent was gone now, since his confusion had called her attention to it.

"Oh," He said pausing for a few moments trying to figure this girl out. She didn't have an accent now, but her outfit (as much as it pained him to say so) was quite distracting. He started talking again "I see and yes...that's what I'm turning into" The last sentance was said with a clear dislike of the his serum animal. Atleast he was admitting to it now, though at this stage. It was quite hard to keep denying the fact that he was infact a goat now.

"Lucky duck." Shenzi said, making a face and sticking her tongue out. Why did everyone get normal things except for her and Gaius? Not that being turned into an animal was normal or anything, but at least a goat was better then a gryphon. Though at least people didn't eat gryphon...
Shrugging again, she gave him another pretty smile. "I'm Shenzi Thompson." She said, pulling her hand out of her pocket, the scales on her palm glinting slightly in the sunlight.

Lucky duck? What, what? Stewart was really confused now, was she telling him that he was lucky to be turning into a goat? He didn't know what on earth she was turning into, but it had to be better than a goat. Getting over his animal angst, Stewart couldn't help blushing as he said "H-Hello Shenzi, I'm Fahter Stewart Young"

A priest, eh? Don't think he'll like me much, then, going by how dear Granny's pastor reacted. She thought sourly, but she didn't let that cloud her face as she saw his blush. Grinning crookedly, she gave him a fluorishing, courtly bow, sweeping her hat off while she laughed. "Pleasure to meet you, Tatka(Father) Stewart."

"It's nice to meet you too Shenzi," He said smiling, hoping that the foreign word she used didn't mean something dirty. But her bow and grin made him very suspscious, trying to change the subject he said "So, are you out enjoying the sights today too?"

As she stood upright again, she twisted a strand of blue hair around a finger, careful of the nail lest she give herself an impromptu haircut. "I guess. Got tired of being cooped up in my room, so decided to wander around. No clue what the hell I'm doing, to be honest. But it's better then lying in bed all day."

"Same here, "I'd been feeling just like that for the last couple of days. Must be cabin feaver" He said with a chuckle. That was the right thing to say in this situtation right? He really had no clue what to do now...

Her smile turned slightly crooked. "Mm, must be." She said, the end of her tail twitching as it swayed gently behind her. "How long've you been here, Tatka?" Shenzi asked; curse herself as she might over her repetetiveness, she wanted an idea of how long Sabin and Moreau had been bringing people here.

"Well it's been-" It had been so long since he had gotten here, Stewart had to pause for a moment to count up all the months. "Wow, it's been over a year since I arrived here. I can't believe it's been that long. But it makes me wonder, just how much has changed in the real world since I came here..."
