A lot of these games are very under rated and/or just sleeper hits that never got to much attention. But this era was one of my biggest eras in gaming and I remember a lot of these games, especially the Nintendo 64 ones.
I got to look through my collection for a couple of games that people would question my sanity for playing.

Dragon Ball Final Bout Clock Tower War Gods (not now mind you, that was a long time ago sweatdrop ) Gex 2: Enter the Gecko
I can't remember anymore now... But there were others!
Edit: Chameleon Twist... My mind is beginning to form a memory... Any screenshots to give it that last push?
And another bad game I remember playing mercilessly is Bomberman 64! Evil... Anyone remember the Yoshi's singing in Yoshi Story? Enough to threaten even Rambo's masculinity xd

Dunno, I pretty much enjoyed the japanese Ultimate Battle 22, sure the graphics sucked but get a few people in on this and its pretty fun xd Kamen Rider was cool just as a fighting game it didn't have much depth, kind of a tekken clone and my copy did not play as good since I used back converter with boot disking so some games like this and the Japananese Megaman X3 did not boot as well as others (mostly music/sound problems ._.) Toshinden was pretty cool but compared to other fighting games, particularly with weapons such as Soul Edge/Blade/Calibur it really falls short of awesomeness surprised

Dude, you had the japanese megaman x3! Awesomeness! Although I imagine it really takes away from the experience to have the sound effects a few seconds after the image.
I played UB 22 with other people and I still didn't like it very much xd Legends was a good one, but I never owned it and only played a handful of times. The levels were so huge, you could fly out of the computer's sight, and it would take them like 20 seconds to catch up!

Yeah, I bought Megaman X3 for PS1 but sold it later since I got the SNES one, liked it better anyway, liked the original music on it anyway (PS1 had remixes ._.) I remember what you said about UB 22 that was crazy xd

I didn't say much about UB 22 besides I didn't like it sweatdrop Capcom and remixes don't go together. The original MMX music will rule forever... Although the remake on PSP looks cool as hell, they can't live up to the legend in soundtracks. domokun

I meant it was crazy that you cold fly out of sight and take 20 seconds to come back, that was crazy (in the game) what were the programmers thinking? rofl This is one of the few times invisible walls were needed, though it was kinda funny rofl

That wasn't in UB22 Jin, I was talking about Legends lol! xd DBZ legends, the still japan only DBZ game, with a power struggle meter as oppose to typical life bars. The power stuggle bar is at the bottom (or as it's labeled in game power balance), and when it filled completely red or blue, you (or your opponent depending who filled the bar) would do a super attack which is what would take actual life away. 3 of those kills the characters lifebar. As you can see the levels are 3d, and they happen to go on to forever! Actually it was very different from the typical fighter. It had alot of movement freedom, and you could have a ton of selectable people at once. 4 at a time on the field, and if you 'paused' the fight would keep going in real time with the computer controlling you while you picked through allies to switch with or to call into battle to help you. The flying miles away from your opponent in a level only affected single player though, when you are playing two player, both of you need to fly in a the same direction to move the level, otherwise the invisible wall comes out.
