You didn't use Google's translator, did you? x3

I get them...but unfortunately, Yahoo mail doesn't have uni-code support, so it just comes out as random babbles. How did you get to view your's as actual Japanese?

Heck yes I did. Thats why it comes out so bad, but you still get the idea of the message.

Well hotmail works fine with the japanese in the e-mail itself. The subject never comes up in actual japanese though.

Eeew, Google translator is horrible. But, I guess since it is still in beta, that's the point. xD

Well, thanks! I'll have the e-mails go to my Hotmail, then. ^^ If that works, I can actually translate the stuff myself. You never know, maybe it'll make a bit more sense. x3 Arigatou

I use excite's translator. The translation isn't the best, but it's good for an online translator. But I'm too lazy to translate the newsletters, so I just read what I can of them. XD

Also, you can view Japanese text on Yahoo mail. 3nodding Right click and choose one of the Japanese options. If I remember right, EUC works right for Gazette's newsletters, though the correct encoding option varies depending on the email (I have to use a different one for other Japanese newsletters I get).

No, it doesn't ;_;

Unless Yahoo lies to us. Which wouldn't be surprising.

It's odd that it says that...'cause I read my Japanese emails fine. D: I just have to set IE for Japanese, but it works. o.o;
PostPosted: Fri Dec 15, 2006 5:43 am

Maybe that is why; I use FireFox, not IE, due to IE's extreme failure. x3

*Shrug* Ah, well. xp Hopefully it'll work in Hotmail...

I translated half of the new newsletter...it said that Kai's radio on air again, and he'll be telling new news on the band! ^^ It said something about his "raw voice" rofl

Too bad you can only get it in Japan emo

Didn't bother to translate the rest...although it did mention their new single, Hyena, of course heart *Buying*

I noticed that as well. ^-^ I signed up and use something called "Altavista.com" or something like that. It never makes sense, but it does get the point across. xD I like the ones with the links, because I'll go to them and get lost until I find something about GazettE or one of the members. blaugh
