I'm gonna have to hurt some people in my ensemble right now. I'm about up to here * shows with hand* with some of the people in there right now. Theres way to much ******** off and not knowing whats going on at this stage in the game ( we have a concert tomorow night), and honestly there was a solo I wanted I'm not even interested in because I'm not into getting my finger prints all over a sinking ship. If they wanna look stupid tommorow night more power to them, but do it on their own time, and stop dragging us all down. There are people in there from totally different ends of the spectrum; the people who this is insanely important to, and then the people there to be there more then to live up to it, who are constantly screwing around. Last week my teacher even let me yell at them for him because I was getting freaking annoyed about them arguing about something stupid like who they thought should run the solos in a piece during a rehersal that day after he already said who he wanted that day. I wanted to yell really bad, so he told me to just do it and maybe get the freaking point across. gonk

At this point I bet Mr Larimer would let me too... gonk

I feel your pain, man. My school choir is the same way. We like are major suckitude to the power of five. But don't worry. As frustrating as it seems, you'd be surprised just how many people in your choir feel the exact same way as you do. Band together and join some sort of super choir group. Defy everyone else. Works for me.
