How to Enter: You may enter the Spyder "12 Days of Christmas" Promotion
in the following manner:
(1) Online: Access the Spyder web site here and complete the online entry form
in its entirety and click on the "Submit" button.
Prize: Twelve winners will be selected, one each day from
December 14 through 25. Each winner will receive:

Selection of Winner: Winners will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received by 11:59pm the evening prior to each drawing date. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail or phone on the day of the drawing. Winners will have 24 hours from notification to accept the prize. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours, a new winner will be selected and contacted. Kingman Group is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner.

Winner agrees to the use of his/her name, for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account.
General Terms and Conditions: One (1) entry per email address allowed each day. By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Kingman Group, which shall be final. The Kingman Group shall not be liable for:
(i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind;
(ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions;
(iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Kingman Group that may cause the Giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted;
(iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Giveaway;
(v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Giveaway.
By participating in the Spyder "12 Days of Christmas" Promotion, each participant agrees to release and hold the Kingman Group members and it's employees, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Giveaway or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
