Whisper is a Naga-ess who appears to be about 20 years by human standards, though her actualy age is unkown. Being a nagaess, her human half is female. Her human charactaristics are what we would consider to be a subtle blend of Asian and Indian heritage, with gently tilted, slightly narrow eyes and high cheek-bones. Her hair is Long and a rich black, with brown tones to it, not the true blue black that many can get. Her eye coloring on the other hand, is a vivid emerald that stands out startelingly against the dark skin of hre face. Her hair is kept long, twisted and clasped with copper clips that keep the stands from flying about all over the place. She also has, what would be considered bangs if they were cut, pulled over her shoulders into two smaller twists, wich are much shorter, only reaching her waist insead of the floor like the rest of her hair.
Her Snake half, on the otherhand, matches her eyes. Her scales are green, black, and a cream color that is bordering on white. Two shades of green make up the majority of her scales. A Dark Olive color makes up the base coloring of her tail, accented with a Vibrant green that matches her eyes. Her tail is also marked with overlaying patterns of black and cream. Her underbelly though, is a sleek, glissonning black.

.Hypnosis.
All Naga's are born with a small ability known as Compulsion. This is often called hypnosis by humans, but in actuality it is very different. Hypnosis is consisted of putting someone into a trace, were they are more susceptible to suggestions. But a naga's Compulsion is a little more handy then that. Have you ever seen a bird frozen still when a snake is coming twords it? It is very similar to that. A Naga can usually use their ability's to put an idea into someone else's head, and make it think its their idea. This is often used by nagas who are trying to keep their children safe from human hunters. A mother naga can curl around her babies and keep a human from seeing them. They are not invisible, but when you look at them, your eyes will forget to tell you that you saw them. Its Like camouflage but much more effective.
In whispers case, she was born without the potent venom that most nagas of her race are born with. Hers in fact, is so very weak that if she were to bite a human, they would only be stunned for mabey a half an hour, when with a normal naga, it should kill them. But, because of this, she was born with an extra strong compulsion idea. She could slither right down the streets of new-york, and if she wanted no one to see her... they just wouldn't, unless of course someone got her on camera. Her ability's in Compulsion have grown to what we humans stereotype as Hypnosis. The ability to put Ideas into peoples heads and have them think it was their own idea... and that it was a good one. This power is focused in the voice, so it only works if she is speaking.

~~. The Gallery .~~Hello everyone!! If you have gotten this far, it means you dont totaly hate my concept. Congradulations! Well, here is were i shall be posting all of my art, fanart, and refrence shots for whisper. So far there isnt much, but hopefully i will be able to fix that soon.Here is one of my first doodels of Whisper. Mabey ill get around to coloring it sometime, but i dont know.
