This thread is for those who wish to draw an avatar. Now this is purely for those who can cope with doing one. They are alot of work and we ask for all stages to be drawn up front before selling them, this is incase you disappear.
If you still wish to do this then read on!

. If you don't get hired, DO NOT COMPLAIN. No, no, no, that's not acceptable. It's not that we are being mean, or your art's bad, most possibly just your style isn't what we are looking for.
. There will be four people judging, the staff, listen to them. They are Reven, Remove, Final_Crucible, and Angel_eyes2004.

Q: How much will I make per sale?
A: "You are guaranteed 90% minimum of the sale price (which you may set, be it auction or writing contest or raffle or flatsale). I promise you will always get more than this."
Q: Do I get to pick which avatar I want to draw?
A: A good question! Yes, you do. You also get full creative control to design whatever sort of fantasy avatar you'd like! Please list more than one in the application in case there are multiple artists interested in drawing the same avatar! : ]]
Q: Can I collaborate with another artist?
A: Yes, but you'll have to work out who gets what payment beforehand. You can collaborate in a lineartist/colorist relationship, or team up with another artist and alternate the stages. Additionally, if you are interested in designing an avatar but can't commit to doing all five images (plus the artifact!), Reven is happy to collaborate, just ask!
Q: I have another question, but it's not here, what do I do?
A: Post it in this thread [only in this thread, do not PM anyone], and I'll list it here.
