[3] No god-modding.
[4] No put-downs in OOC. (if it's part of your character... go for it.))
[5] Respect the Hosts.
[6] No begging.
[7] Be slightly literate.
[8] No over usage of profanities.
[9] No religious or political discussions (so we don't end up ranting for hours)
[10] Yes, its alright to create your own threads in the Main Forum
[11] Please post when you'll be gone in the Absence Thread! Look here occasionally... you never know when a new rule will be posted.

So you broke a rule...
Well here are the consequences. 1.You didn't folow Gaia TOS- You will be reported to the MODS.
2.You cybered- Same as not following TOS
3.You God-modded- First time offense will lead to a informal warning, but if you keep doing it you will be 'asked' to leave.
4.You put people down in ooc chat- You will be warned the first time, kicked out the second. We want our guests to be happy.
5.You disrespected the Hosts- Kyouya get's to yell at you and decide your punishment.
6.U takd liek tis- We will ask you to shape up or ship out.
7.You swore like a sailor- Informal warning, followed by being asked to leave if your swearing escalates.
8.You started to talk about religion and politics- Informal warning from Crew

Rules and Guidelines Spamming outside the Chatterbox forum is not allowed. Coming into someone's thread to bump or spam useless nonsense (jibberish & images not related to RP) is disrespecting their business and the users in it.
Roleplays that encourage sexually explicit content or place characters in sexually explicit situations are not allowed anywhere on Gaia Online. Any thread posted in GAIA Commerce has to follow the PG-13 rule that has been put forth for Gaia Online. Also, you may not encourage others to "take it to PMs" for the more serious stuff. Cybering and PG-13+ material is not allowed anywhere on Gaia, including PMs. Please read the Terms Of Service for more information about the PG-13 rule.
Being abusive towards another player out or in character with excessively vulgar use of words with intent to harm, insult, or post racial comments towards another user(s) after being asked to stop by the user(s).
Being harassive towards another user(s) out or in character after being asked to stop by the user(s).
Stalking another user(s) or thread(s) after being asked to stop.
Suicide encouragement.
Repeatedly spamming a particular thread/forum.
Advertising for your thread is spam and should only be made in Chatterbox.

Message Postings: We recommend that you keep your posts relevant to the forum in which you are currently in. Try to make your posts informative and/or entertaining. We understand that there's always some 'noise' in the form of bumps, greetings and so on. On the whole, please show some relevance.
Spam should only be posted in the Chatterbox forum.
No stalking. Persistent harassment of an individual or group of individuals against their wishes is not permitted on Gaia Online. If someone asks you to stop, please leave them alone. Continued harassment will result in punishment.
No overly abusive language. We have a very liberal policy regarding language, but please try to be civil and courteous towards your fellow Gaians. If your post is excessively vulgar, insulting, explicit, self-deprecating or racial without any justification, we will promptly delete it.
Endorsing illicit activities or encouraging crime is not permitted.
When commenting artworks or reviewing web links, please try to be constructive in your criticism or praise. If your comments are found to be excessively insulting or vulgar, your account may be penalized.
Sexually explicit posts maybe deleted. Cybering is absolutely not allowed in the forums. Image Postings: Please keep signatures less than 500 pixels in size in both width and height, and a total byte-size of less than 100,000 bytes. Ability to post signatures may be removed if you do not comply with a moderator's request to follow this standard.
Try to keep your images PG-13. Tasteful nudity in the art forums is allowed on a case-by-case basis, but on the whole, it is a good idea to cater to a range of audiences. This includes the very young. Repurcussions: Failure to follow the rules above may result in a temporary ban from the system. Repeat offenders will be permanently banned. Grounds for banning also include:
Botting. Using an automated script, macro, or refreshing feature to post or surf webpages in order to generate Gold (Botting) is forbidden. The use of any software or codes to generate gold without the need for you being in front of your computer is generally considered as botting. Anyone suspected of botting will have their account banned.
Scamming. We reward our users with Gold and hard to find rares, but we have no tolerance for people who try to take other users' assets with get-rich-quick schemes or promises of rare items. Running any kind of scam - including but not limited to lottery scams or trade scams.
Hacking. Hacking is defined as "the unauthorized access to another user's account". Attempts to hack, trying to obtain another user's passwords will lead to banning.
Impersonating a Gaia Staff Member. This includes Administrators and Moderators.
