I remember in my old house I went to the bathroom and turned on the light...I was wide awake when this happened...I looked up at the mirror above the sink and behind me was something weird ...it was grey...about 4-4 1/2 ft tall with black eyes...the second I turned around to look at it face to face it was gone...
my friends believe it was some type of ghost...

Sounds like certain ghost encounters I've heard of, but it's hard to say.

I have been touched by a ghost before when i was sleeping my arm was lifting up and then it felt like a really hard tug.. so trust me you weren't imaginig things

Ghosts that are grey or of a dark nature are usually ones that still linger around and haven't passed over to the other side yet. Usually because of tragedy of some sort that has went on. Though...there are a lot of bad spirits that stay around to haunt people. Sometimes its spirits that are bad that might of have killed people. I would only worry if the spirit visits become frequently and starts throwing things at the walls or trying to conflict pain upon you.
