Name: Alexander Draggonov Nicknames: Alex Gender: Male Age: unknown Partner: ….. Parents: unknown Hometown: Romania, Carpathian Mountains Race: Carpathian; Unknown Personality: Alexander is like many of the Carpathian males (found in Christine Feehan’s Dark Series) in needing blood, in taking blood, natural instincts to find his lifemate. Howver, he isn’t as overbearing and egotistical as others are. He’s rather calm natured. Maybe it’s because he isn’t all that old. He doesn’t have his color in his sight nor does he have many emotions. Theme Song: Spoken Languages: English Understood Languages: English Written Languages: English Magic: ~ Manipulation of elements, nature. ~ Occassional shapeshifting. ~ healing saliva History: Alex grows up in the thriving expensive company of Skyling Dragonnov. He’s been surrounded by riches for all his life, however lonely he or his caretaker are. He came to love his books but mostly he was in love with dancing, letting a female have a good time with out taking advantage of them. __People He's Met__

Name: Skyling Draggonov Nicknames: Sky Gender: Female Age: 25ish (500ish really) Partner: Parents: dead Hometown: unknown Race: Fae/Human Personality: Sky is a little on the proud side, her nature mirroring a wildfire. While she will make you think she's submissive, she is in fact a wild flame that is untamed. She is very spirited, very stubborn. Fire is her element...She'll put her loved ones above herself...most of the time. Theme Song: Spoken Languages: English Understood Languages: English Written Languages: English Magic: ~ Skyling holds the ability to form the crystals Jareth makes ~ Starts fires and can control/manipulate flames History: This girl originates from my own roleplay which is very Labyrinth. Actually it's a semi continuation of the film...Long story...anywho. Skyling is suppose to be Jareth's right hand lady so she's been running the castle with another's help. She's originally half fae and half human. She also posses the ability of fire, creating and manipulating it to her will when she desired it. Fire is defenitly her. She usually wears harem style outfits though she would be the type that is more beautiful when she covers up more.. In more detail: Skyling Draggonov was born to a human king and a fae royal. Her mother had relinquished her power and homelands to be with the father. For the longest time, Skyling wasn't aware of her half fae heritage. She knew she was royality through her father's blood...she just didn't know how royal. One evening, when she was 17, she overheard a tale being told by a storyteller in the main square. She retold the same story to her little sister Alexandra which in turn was made into a little game. Upon saying the words "I wish," Alex was taken by the Goblin King. The only way she was returned was Skyling making a deal with the King. The deal was in exchange for her sister, Sky would be his servant for life. The deal was made and Sky requested that her family's memories would be erased...but alas as she would one day find out, her family's memories were never erased. Only they were stored away. The sister remembered through dreams and recorded them. Skyling had no intention in falling in love with the Goblin King, but as every female does, she fell victim to the king's charms. However, this was never to be returned to her....not how she would have liked. Sure he loved her but he cherished her for the help she provided, rather then the love she craved. For the longest time she had this secret desire, never saying anything for ten years. Time went on...others showed...other ladies seeking the king's presence. Sky was about to understand the meaning of hardship, heartbreak, jealousy and anger. Despite everything happening her, she always sought other's happiness before her own. To her saying anything didn't mean anything. You could speak your desires but it never meant you were getting them. She gave up trying to gain anyone's affections. Along with all of this, she discovered her aboveground kingdom became a wealthy corporation, her sister remembered her, her nephew's servant sought her out...Well she discovers this during a ball. Not exactly something for a girl. She never dreamt about it anyway. But alas her future remains unknown... __People She's Met__

[This is just something that came from lurking in my jareth guild. This idea wouldn't leave my mind alone until I had it written out. But also note this is not for real...not for the Jareth rp(it originated from) unless it has been okayed by mentioned characters. Also! Forgive me for changing the orb letter thingy! ^^ I will put the original into the intro and what not! *bows* Don't punish me! ]
Skyling had been very quiet as of late, upon discovering the little truth about Jareth and Damien. While she knew Damien was a flirt and could flirt with anything on two legs, the idea of Jareth being such was still little more than a shock for her. Her heart beat in its steady rhythm. She had placed upon her face an expressionless mask, sealing everyone away from her thoughts, her feelings. She even cut people off from being able to peek inside her head. It wasn’t anyone’s business to know how she felt. What raged inside her was a small teardrop of hate, pain, and twisted jealousy. Fire was her element. Anger was her comfort blanket. With deep breaths, she shunned the negativity. She had planned this event and she wasn’t about to see it to ruin. Not even by her own state of mind. Deep down, beyond everything else, she wanted Jareth and Damien to be happy…even if it meant keeping her heart away from them. She was a fool…she knew she was a fool. While she thought any of the two felt anything for her, she fought to keep from thinking it a lie. Of course they cared…didn’t Jareth tell her he needed her? Only to help run the kingdom…the thought came unbidden. Damien said nothing to her of how he felt…She didn’t have to ask anyway. She knew neither could look at her as a lover. She was accepting that. She was accepting a lot of things that upon a normal mind would shatter the fragile thinking. She was accepting she’d always wanted them happy... She was accepting she could never fulfill her desires. Even speaking of them didn’t help her. Silver orbs danced over the crowded rooms… How ironic was it that she was in a room full of people and she still felt so empty inside? Too ironic. She had planned an entire gala, only to attend simply because she was the Goblin king’s right hand lady… Soon she heard a few random people whispering quietly amongst themselves of the latest scandal amongst the kingdoms…the Goblin and Feline Kingdoms mostly. She moved her masquerade mask in place, hiding her expressions as she inched closer to listen in. They spoke of war and how it would break out. Weakness and scandal and sinfulness. Sky’s face twisted into a small mask of fury at the people. They were being ignorant, she thought. What did they know? They love each other and they should be happy, that was all that mattered. The gossip continued to a point where Sky couldn’t take it anymore. “It shouldn’t matter whether they are royalty or not…They should be happy no matter what. So what if they love each other? It should not matter what you think. You are all naïve.” She told them forcefully, almost shaking with her lack of control. Rather then face the crowd anymore, she slipped away to escape more whispers. She was thankful for the mask for at least it helped hide the sudden onslaught of tears in her eyes. She couldn’t take it anymore. She couldn’t keep her best friend from being abused…she couldn’t stop anything that went on in the labyrinth no matter how hard she fought. Heeled feet carried the slender form up flights of stairs before her hands came to rest on her chamber doors. The doors opened and she slipped in, sealing them shut behind her as she came to her wardrobe, rifling through what was there. She needed out of the grand gown she wore. This wasn’t her. She lifted a hand to her eyes, whipping away her falling tears. She wasn’t meant to be happy. She’d accept that. No more fool hearted thoughts and fantasies. She wasn’t going to be the one who tore them apart. She wouldn’t take another to her heart as she did Damien and Jareth… She changed into something else. A pair of jeans to frame her slender form. A long sleeved black shirt to grace her torso. She remained bare foot, grabbing a sash and using it to pull her hair back into a ponytail. She pulled a few stray curls to frame her features. She left her room to go and wander away from the castle, stepping through a field of gardens that were in the grounds. Her own little getaway she’d dreamed up at some point, often venturing there in her mind. She needed to be away, to really collect her thoughts. She was angry and hurt of course… Despite her desire to be loved which would never come, she would make sure they could at least be happy... even if it meant she had to lie to keep from feeling… She couldn’t love without having it be given back… They didn’t really need her did they? Jareth said he did but she knows he’ll never trust her or love her. So why did she continue chasing such a silly dream? She sniffled a few times, whipping at the tears that fell from her eyes. She could never have gone back home….she didn’t know home anymore and it would have altered time and history too much. She wasn’t needed here either. She felt so rejected in all planes of thought and emotion. She took a few shuddering breathes. She seemed to have been weeping far more then she should have been. Surely there was another kingdom to venture too? She came to her own little pond that was also conjured from her mind. She knelt beside it, running her fingertips through the water, studying the reflection there. It mirrored everything she felt. She was filled with so much doubt…
--------
Days after this, she couldn't keep her tears in check nor her feelings. She thought herself a fool, even after talking to Reu about it. She had left labyrinth, the castle to return with her family's servant and to her inherited coorporation. Everything money could buy her she could have should she deem it...yet she still wasn't happy even with the business running smoothly, her fancy veichle, nice form fitting clothes...her heart was still empty. She was still downcasted from her heart breaking, and her saddened position from Jareth.
She couldn't make him love her the way she wanted to be loved. He had claimed to love her and be protective of her yet he couldn't keep her safe from himself. She shouldn't have pushed thus she gave up trying. Ten plus years of hoping, waiting, even confessing to him a few weeks prior, did nothing. So she hoped for the best in the future.
Sitting in her office, her hand scribbled away in familiar hard work as she wrote out letters and signed business stuff for her inheritence. Next thing she knew was smoke filling a small area on her desk and a black orb with swirly grey smoke appeared with a message beside it.
My dearest Sky,
Accept this as my gift to you and my apologies. I trust you with it and know you will care for it..
Jareth
Sky looked at the note, frowning and half tempted to throw the note away before the orb wiggled a little. She was use to the underground creatures but this was different and new to her...

She poked the orb a little, wondering what it would do. "Jareth you fool...Is this suppose to make me forgive you for breaking my heart?"
The orb rolled a little, golden smoke swirling in the blackened depths. Sky blinked, watching with nothing in the silver orbs. She sighed as she lifted the crystal on her fingertips out of habit from the ones she often created but never had this kind of life to them.
"Why would Jareth give you to me?" She asked the orb as though it could really tell her. It only tried wiggling but instead just sat where it was. She tapped her pen against the desk, glad ink wasn't spilling out. Set the pen down to take a closer inspection of the orb that was now in her care. What was he up too?
Tell me something Jareth...does a heart still bleed when it's broken? Does it ever heal when you've been the destroyer? She thought coldly. How could she care for this orb if she wasn't happy?

It had been days when she first received the orb as a gift, or rather a token of apology, from the Goblin King. The orb received the name Alexander and by the way he acted, Sky wouldn't doubt if it turned out to be a male who thought he could rule a lady's life.
Sky smiled as she laid on her bed, staring at this gift, watching the golden fog swirl mysteriously in it's glass like container. She was amazed by the dragonlike marking in the crystal though. Dragon...Dragonnov. So similar to her last name. What did that mark mean?
