I recently cosplayed as Hatake Kakashi [pics comming soon to my journal] and I participated in an event in the Phoenix Anime Fest. This event was named "Who's line is is Anime." This was a very enjoyable event sponsored by Ichidan which is a popular cosplay group. Long story story short... I won. I played 3 different games. First I did Director's Cut, then Scenes from a Hat, and lastly Party Host. Any questions go ahead and pm me.
