This is similar to normal word association, but a smidge more complicated. The only words you can use in this game are characters' names, preferably from fantasy books or stories, and also preferably from things that have already been published (which means no using OC names, please). Why is it harder? As the first letter of the new name, you have to use the last letter of the name before. Everyone get it? Here's an example:
