What kind of Japanese bands do ya'll like? Ever HEARD any Japanese bands? Look up "Dir en Grey Yokan" or "Miyavi Freedom Fighters" for a few good examples of Jrock at it's best.

the pillows (You don't capitalize their name) are pretty good, but I hated Asian Kung Fu Generation. >.<
You should look up some non-anime-related bands, like Miyavi, Dir en Grey, Gackt, Malice Mizer, ect.

I listen to many, many different Japanese artists and bands. Utada Hikaru, Ayumi, Koda, Crystal Kay, Gackt, Hyde, Miyavi, Gazette, melody., Yuna Ito, Akino Arai, and a bunch more. biggrin

Alice Nine, Gazette, 12012, MUCC, AnCafe, Lolita23q, BIS...there's more to J-Rock than Diru. No offense.
