~*~ Thank you very much to Calamity from the Heavens for making these!! ~*~
We've decided to run Balance on a level system. We'll have ID's that will show your ranking, and identifies where you are with the Guild. Basically, if you're new, if you've been here a while and know what you're doing, and been here so long, we let you help us run the place.
Seeing as it's Balance for our theme, we've chosen the ultimate balance to represent ourselves: Angels and Devils. The epitome of Good and Evil, Light and Dark, Love and Hate... all that lovely stuff.
Therefore we have:
Angel levels:
1st level - Angel: The new members of Balance.
2nd level – Guardian Angel: The older members that have been here a while and can help out the new members who may get lost. A lot of you will get here and stay here. That's not anything against you, we promise.
3rd level – God/Goddess: People that have been here ages, are extra helpful and friendly, know how this place is run, and can run it for us if both of us aren't around. Also the people you should pay the utmost respect too. Crossing them would be like crossing Auron or I, and that is a no no.
Demon levels: (It works the same, the names just change.)
1st level – Minions: The new members of Balance.

Do I get to choose what I want to be?
Yes. You can be in the Angel or Demon Level. It's your choice. You just can't switch after you've made that decision. You can't start as an Angel, and then switch to Demon.
How do I change my Rank?
So, I’m an Angel, but I REALLY want to be an Guardian or God. What can I do to get to be one?
Make sure we like you (We like everyone, that's an easy one). We will promote members of the guild to the different levels. Everyone will start off as a minion or angel then they have to earn their ranks by being polite, courteous, posting muchly, being all-around helpful, stuff like that.
What do I do with my ID badge?
Wear it with pride! ...Or just put it in your signature or profile. Either or is okay with us.
If there are any other questions about this, ask Auron or myself, and we'll answer it if we can. (It might be something we hadn't thought of o.O)

Banners
If you'd like to make us a banner, lovely! Just make sure it sticks to the theme of Balance, and it should be all good. ^^
We have a couple of our own that you can use to put in your signature or wherever, and we'll add any new ones that we get.

More are coming. If you know how to put your name on, go right ahead, if not, just PM me, and I'll add your name for you.
Edit: Oh, yeah, just a note. If you need the Yin-Yang symbol added, just PM me with the image. Otherwise, I'll give you instructions to get the raised look, etc.
