So. Here's the deal. This is a thread where you can duke out anything you've ever wanted to say about ANY pairing that you'd love to just SQUEEZE TO DEATH! Flame the pairings, set fire to them physically (RP style physically xD) and do whatever you'd like to them! MUAHAHA!

arrow There is to be NOT A SINGLE ONE complaint to me. If you're too weak, you will be eaten./Stepped on./Possibly turned into some form of bologna.
arrow You can curse all you'd like, but keep it tastefull. I don't want to see "******** KATARA AND ******** AANG ******** SUCK AS A ******** COUPLE" or any crap like that. Maybe a few words here or there, nothing major. Got it?
arrow Bash pairings, not people. Duke it out debate style or whatever, but don't insult the actual shippers, like "Zutara shippers are SO stupid!" or whatever. Bash the pairings. Not the people.
arrow PLEASE HAVE A REASON! Don't just come in and say that you have SokkaxAzula for no reason! Give us a legitimate reason to shoot you down. 3nodding
arrow On the note of "sexual tension," be veeeery careful. You can discuss how the pirates might get a bit lustfull all you'd like, but don't actually DESCRIBE the process.

Why does every Zutara shipper use the SAME reasons to put Zuko and Katara together? It gets old, people. I don't want to get into that ying yang theory thing.
I mean, crap, man! If I was a liberal democratic slapstick comedy lover and a hater of tobacco products that loves to have fun, I DON'T WANT to marry my opposite! Ew! I want someone that can actually relate to me; NOT in an angsty way.
This is NOT the typical meeting of a couple...
Zuko: My mom was killed by the fire nation.
Katara: OMFG mine, too! Let's get married and have lotsa' babies! ="D

And a Zutara shipper could reply as so...
Why would we think that Kataang shippers are stupid? Er, well, I don't, at least.....
Anyways, Zuko and Katara don't complete the ying yang theory like that. They do, however, balance each other out. Zuko needs osmeone caring and compassionate at his side, net to mention Aang is a bit young for Katara, and I'm not really one of those people that likes a nice juicy ***** relationship....
And though they can relate in an angsty manner, at least they can relate. Aang is just too far from Katara in the sense that he just isn't at the right mateurity for her. And girls usually like mature/older guys. (Usually.)
Plus, Aang is closer to Toph's age, so maybe the creatyors threw her in for that reason...?

I absolutley heart zutara... i must admit i used to be a kataang but then I saw the light... I think that they like eachother... even if they dont admit it..there is alot of passion there especially in their fight scenes... the same thing can be applied to real life, when you like someone and you cant express your feelings whats the first thing you do.... beat the crap out of eachother of course....

"Yup! You can really tell he loves me, especially when he betrayed me right when I was going to help heal him and his scar! =D"
And, ah, I've had plenty of crushes and I've never once felt like I should beat the crap out of him.

i totally agree that just would NOT work. He blackmailed her and her village AND their complete enemies and i really dont see any ~lovee~ connection with them. And least with Aang, their working for the same goals and they're best friends. Personally, i wouldnt want to be dating a kid who's out to kill my best friends, my brother, and my whole nation that i freakin CAME FROM!!

OMFG.
Smething I HAVE to get offa' my chest....
What the crap is up with this Sokkla nonsense? Name ONE possible "lovey" moment that they have gone through. ARGH, how do people come up with this? It's not logical thinking, and it's beyond thinking out of the box. It's thinking in the sub-zero enviornment of DEATH DOOKIE DOOM.
Sokka and Azula have barely even interacted, there's a much higer chance of him being with TY LEE than him being with Azula. (Though personally, I ike him with Suki the most<3)

Sokka and AZULA?!?! wow and i thought Katara and Zuko had no connection. Yea and i like Suki and Sokka too! Sure Sokka and Yue were great together, but their relationship was like straight out of a fairytale book. I like Sokka and Suki cuz they have ALOT more in common, and their relationship is more modern than realistic. So yea, Katara/Aang (i dont like saying Kataang sweatdrop ) and Sokka/Suki all the way! mrgreen

That means I have no clue which will work. I mean there is both some possibilities. I think Toghaang wouldn't work to good though. Just imagine this.

Maiko...I just don't see why people would ship it. It's kind of gross. If you want a cutesy Mai pairing, then at least pick Tymai. I like Azumai better, but all AzuMaiTy ships are always very good and acceptable.

I do ship ZukoxMai. I think it's cute! She's all blushey and he's all (kind of) blushey. He obviously gets uncomfortable when he gets affectionate attention...
I think Mai's going to help him overthrow Azula.
