on your top right
click on "my quests"
it looks like a little map with a "Q" on it
click on it! >.<

un fortunately its been disabled for a while now and theres no news, or from what ive heard, that its coming back soon

Gaia quests is kinda a waste of time anyway, they only have the beginers quest and it don't really help you at all. Do it if you want but its just a waste of time.
