Lol. I actually found out about this movie by reading a Japanese Actor's (Aiba Hiroki's) Blog!! "Thanks for the info Aiba!"
It's about L...only L. Apparently it's based off a novel; and set before the whole Kira-scenario.

nice, a movie about L. I'll have to find it somewhere and watch it.
on that note, it isn't getting "old" as it is a manga series and anime... and turned into a 4 part live action movie. 4 movies, about 8 hours in total. so.... yeah. onward to youtube to watch the last part of the first movie!
