Well I'm playing TP right now, and its definately bigger then OoT, but I'm just not as in to it as I am into OoT, and it seems alot easier then OoT, so I'd give both of them 5 out of 5's, but OoT's overall experiance was just much more satsifying then TP, infact I was really bored in the first dungeon of TP, so in other words I'd say OoT is slightly better then TP.

But you have to remember when OoT came out, there were no other game like it at the time. Not only was it a great gaming experience, but it also had the "wow" factor going for it (meaning that no one had ever seen anything like it before). Also, there's a certain nostalgia factor with it, as well.
So, while TP may actually be a better game, OoT has certain things going for it that may make it seem like a better experience. It's all in the eye of the beholder, it seems.

Also, the first dungeons aren't meant to be hard.
There will be plenty of people playing that've never played Zelda before.
They have to start easy every time.

I dunno, Windwaker's first dugeon kicked my a** so much that I had to go online just to figure out how to take down the boss. So, not all the first dugeons are easy, but they are meant to be easy, which is why I was so embarrassed about that particular fact of my Zelda gaming experience.

i agree with whats his name. where as oot you travel through time rescue the princess in that clesche mannor awakin the sages beat the sages, get the bigoron sward yata yata blablabla thats all fun and good but tp you start off in a farm herd some sheep chase a couple of monsters beat up a big monkey go to the temples have some he/she imp curse you out constintly go around get the mask go to the mountain go snowbording play the star game yata yata there both verry excelent games. oot has a engaging plot but its pretty easy with the exception of lake hyla but doesent offer graphics or emotions that fit the charectors. but tp has really good graphics and offers 70+ houres of gameplay in this humongious world with monsters and puzzles at every turn (like being chased by a monster when you come to a locked door and a image of a rubix cube comes up and you have to solv it before it gets you)but it lacked what most zelda games lacked. hard bosses. almost no boss in zelda has been hard at least not to me. my main problem tho is the fact that you dont have fully orchestrated songs but ya if i could chang oot it would be tp graphics and tp would have a more rivviting storyline and better bosses

I honestly have no idea. OoT just seemed so CLASSIC. TP didn't make me want to throw up though (slight motion sickness problems).

Thats a tough one... I love them both. I liked the freedom you had on epona in TP. And the whole being able to shapeshift. But the side quests and stuff in OoT I think I might think back on more fondly. but meh, I'll still say I like OoT better because right now, after beating Tp, thats what I want to play....and also i don't have a compy anymore crying

there is no one being better than another, they both have a greatness that you feel when you play them, you see even though TP has better graphics than OoT, OoT has the sense of graphics not mattering do to the fact that you were involved into it so much that graphics were not an issue, both have a distinct value of accomplishment in playing them that you can not differentiate the two, however I did enjoy the final battle in TP it was absolutely amazing! Fighting Ganondorf 4 times!....oh im having a heart attack....I have to go play now!
