If you have not read the “READ or LITERALLY DIE! D:” thread, then leave here at once, go and read and do not come back(seeing as you already don’t know how to listen to me).
heart Welcome to [N.F.E.]'s guild story! heart Rules &Notes:1.No bumping or random posting here! NONE AT ALL. =] Thanks. 2.Because this is a writers guild, I promote any GOOD writing. I do not care if it is 18+ material as long as it is good and does not contain hardcore sex because I don’t want this guild to be shut down or anyone here banned. In regards to this, if there are any of you here that are of a younger age and you don’t feel comfortable with how the story’s progressing, you have two things you can do: #1. Leave the guild immediately for your own safety. #2. Show your parents what you’ve found on the internet so they can cancel your connection (unless they’re the type who take everything to the extreme and will call Gaia and try to get me banned- I have heard of this happening before) 3.Try to write to the best of your ability. I won’t kick you out if you don’t write like Stephen King, and I understand that sometimes people just have a bad writing day, but I would prefer detail and power in your writing. 4.You must be literate. No poor grammar. I can understand a couple of spelling errors(I won’t kill you over it) but if you overdo it to an extreme such of which I cannot bring myself to look at the computer screen, I will kick you. P.S Use dictionary.com if you have to. 5.No ‘*’s or ‘-’s etc for actions. Use real sentences kay? wink 6.Always feel free to PM me on anything that concerns you, whether this may be what you should write next, or, well, anything. 7.No being a general annoyance to the community. 8.Be respectful. Cursing is allowed but only if it’s in the character’s character to do so. Do not type anything racist of offending unless it is with the story. If there is a racist person or anti-religious person in the story, this character is not restricted to what he/she says. Of course you still must think before you type. Also, please keep in mind that this is a story. Many people write controversial novels that so upset people. We, as writers have the right to display our opinion and so I am not against anything that might have the same effect as The DaVinci Code. (Do not flame me on this even though I think what I just said kinda goes against Gaia’s rules- I wouldn’t know cuz I’ve never honestly read them) domokun Alright, that said I have a couple more things to add: domokun ~You are not limited to how much you can post at once. However, do not post only one sentence at a time. If you cannot think of anything to write, do not bother posting. Also, do not post like, a whole page worth. If you have a lot to write because you have a great idea, by all means write it, just keep in mind that others may want to write as well.
~Do not change the characters to how you want him/her. Character development is of course encouraged, but you can’t suddenly turn a trash talking gangster to a nerdy white boy. That said, read all that other people write.
**~I know that if many people are posting at once, stories are sure to overlap. That said, try to go with the flow. Stop the story and decide who’s part to build off of before the whole thing turns into multiple stories.
**~Due to the above, I allow chat speak. Please chat speak in (( )) though and keep it to a minimum. However, feel free to use it when discussing with others of what should happen next. Thanks for your time, [Black Envy]

Okay, before we begin...
arrow The story is not set in any specific time. This is for the writers to decide. arrow The story is to be writen in THIRD person. DO NOT change this. arrow The story is writen in the perspective of a teenage boy. arrow As writers, we will decide upon the genre as we go on. arrow There are no limitations to what you can write, just try to work off other's ideas the best you can. I can't possibly expect this thing to flow 100% perfectly.
A TITLE FOR THIS STORY WILL BE DECIDED ONCE THIS STORY TAKES OFF A BIT. I WILL MAKE AN ANNOUNCEMENT REQUESTING TITLE IDEAS AND I'LL MAKE A POLL ON IT.
-If you have not read all that is above, may you burn in hell. =] ( I say this in the nicest possible way.)

((I'll start smile )
He took a deep breath and slumped over, his dark bangs falling over his eyes. He sat on the hard asphalt under the rusting bridge of the east side of the city. Everything was still. The stars didn't shine, the moon seemed to no longer glow like it used to and the silence was deafening.

It was the only place he felt peaceful. There was nowhere else for him to go. At school he was an outcast, and seemed to not attract many friends. At home his parents were hardly there, always off at work. Thankfully, here at his sacred place no one would disturb him. He could gaze into the sky and forget all his worries, as if they were never there to begin with.

He had told only one person about The Grove, Leila, and she nearly told the world about it. Leila was the type who does and says exactly what you woould want your dream gil to say or do, but she never really meant it. She twisted things around and could easily destroy a man's life. He was one of the lucky ones, only getting away with but a few scars on his reputaion. He never had much of one in the first place, so it wasn't that much of a loss.

Leila was the object of his desire, and despite all the rumours he had heard of the many hearts she had broken he didn't care, despite what his better judgement had told him. She was unfortunately a bit out his league, one of the more popular girls and was dubbed the town's Ice Queen. But someday, he'd find a way to make her see that he loved her. That she meant the world to him.

He stood up slowly, putting one hand up against the leg of the bridge for support. After all that had happened, he was still a bit shaken. What was he ever going to do to fix things? To him, it all seemed to have come crashing down, even if it was from a low place to begin with.

The world was swirling around him. What could he do? Was there any solution to his troubles? He had made up his mind in a moment. He would run away. It was the only way he could escape it all. Start a new life, and live everything behind...

He had always wanted to live in L.A., away from the small suburban lifestyle. He had a plan-he would tell Leila of his love, then they could run away together. She was beautiful enough to be a model, and he had some experiance with waiting tables. They could easily make it.

But, would his plan work? Other than Leila being his friend, she had now idea of any other affection he had for her. How could he say this out the blue? His future looked bleak for the moment, but soon, he'd find the words deep in his soul to say what he'd wanted to say for a long time.

He looked at his cell phone for the time. Too late, and although his parents probably wouldn't notice how late he's been out, he had the gut feeling that he had to go home. He started on the dirt path, trying to come up with the right words.
((btw, I don't know why the name Leila came to mind. randomness razz ))

[Whee!] What was that strong feeling in his chest? It was overcoming his body, though he couldn't tell if it was love or some otherwordly force. It was as if something was calling him... He shook his head and continued to trudged along. Leila... She was wonderful... Her eyes were like sparkling stars and her hair was like a field of golden wheat spread across the shimmering landscape...

He was so caught up in his spiral of emotions that before he knew it, he found himself at his front door. It was as if he had left his body all together and his legs had simply carried his lifeless corpse back to his house. He reached for the door knob, but hesitated.

It was almost scary how beautiful she was. She could pull any outfit, any hair color off. She was perfect, and though she didn't really act like it, there was hope that she felt the same way he did. He made her laugh, her eyes sparkle, she was almost a different person around him. She was the sweetest thing. ((edit:ahh! overlapping xd ))

[ xD] It was if something was terribly wrong. But how? Once again he shook his head and turned the knob, entering the house. "Hello?" He said quietly to no one but himself, but got no answer. There was not a single light on, and the house had an air of silence. It was strange...
