Age: Thirty (15 in original)
Occupation: Casts the spells that makes the people fall down. And twitch a lot.
Element: Moderate profiency with all elements, advanced proficiency with Wind (specificially, Electricity), Darkness, and Light.
In combat: Attack-based spells, staff attacks (note: Can no longer change classes, as that function of the Nibelungen Ring that gives her her powers was sealed away.)
Biography (to start):
Not much is known of what Kosei did with her time before coming to the world of the Hair Cults, but it appears that she devoted at least some study to the arts of invocation and summoning, quite possibly because of her love for the forbidden (and calling forth dead gods to power your spells probably counts).
Kosei first came to this world with the aid of the Nibelungen Ring. Unfortunately, the more she used its powers, the stronger it got, and soon she had to seal away most of its abilities in order to keep sane and functional. Presumably this is when she left Keel to go train herself, determined not to let a stupid inanimate object get the best of her. It was presumably some time before she met up with Dhaos, who reluctantly (read: only to get her to shut up) agreed to tutor her in magic.
Life progressed happily (or at least moderately so) from there, until she just happened to be in Oberon on the day a certain speech was made...
Dhaos
Age: Pretty damn old
Occupation: God of Awesome/Greater Craymel of Time
Element: Whatever he feels like, dammit.
In Combat: Dhaos is far too awesome to actually waste his time fighting most of the time, especially because Kosei is usually incredibly willing to blow stuff up instead. Occasionally, however, he'll be around to throw a DHAOS LASER at the enemy. His unarmed attacks cause petrification, something that Kosei's found out a few times.
Biography: After seeing his homeworld restored thanks to Martel's sacrifice, Dhaos travelled to Vanderkaust, where he spent a few millenia as Sekundes, Greater Craymel of Time, and generally amusing himself by beating the snot out of anyone who challenged him. However, with the merger of the worlds, Dhaos resumed his true identity, and proceeded to follow Yuan and Largo around for a while. Why? He was bored.
Following the destruction of the Hair Cults, Dhaos attracted his student/crazy stalker/student Kosei, who has made his life far more annoying than even Cless and his group had before.

Eliot Frankenheimer Warington (Elite for short).  Age: Currently deceased (22 in original; around 30 at time of death) Element: Electricity. In combat: Famous for physical hair-based tech attacks. Has a proficiency in lightning spells. Biography: Born into a family of wild Texan oil-riggers, Eliot soon discovered his love for being wealthy and powerful, and also discovered his happiness at making fun of and antagonizing other people. He had a normal Hair-childhood, had hair-memories of middle school, dated his first hair-girlfriend in highschool, and went to Hair-University majoring in Hair. His ability to control his hair (Or possibly the other way around) is believed to have been passed down in his family through the phigiggilyg gene. While in a rag-tag bar in an old Western town that lacked the ability to pay taxes, he met Harold at a binge-drinking contest (Which she won). Harold told him the ability to consume alcohol without suffering from AP, you must understand the physics of the alcohol. Thinking she was high, Eliot decided to humor her, thinking that it'd be an easy score, not knowing of the massive friendship that would develop afterwards. Eventually he and Harold created a multi-chain Hair Salon after the Wars. He passed a decade or so afterwards. Element: Fire, partly Electricity due to genetics from father. Uses fonims as a basis for spells. In Combat: Instead of using it as a physical weapon like his father, Adamska's hair has the ability to climb into his skin, acting as a sort of "second skeleton", increasing reaction time and athletic ability. Fights with fists and a silver-laced custom-made revolver given to him by his father, which supposedly came from his mother. Uses pure Fifth Fonims gathered from oxygen rather than bullets. Is rumored to be able to use the ancient art of " Electric Guitarutsu". Biography: Resonanced with a very deep connection to fonims rather than mana as most children were back then, Adamska was immediately born with a natural love of dominant strength like his father. After the death of Eliot and the abandoning of mother, Adamska was left to be raised by the many servants his parents had hired to run the business. Forced to understand and learn financial and business education and transactions, he has grown to hate his place in life and how static it has become. He also looks down upon those who are commoners/poor people/"normies"/fat people. Family: Mother unknown, father deceased.

 Name: Zellinas Rodell (Zel or Zelly for short) Age: 30 (15 in previous HCW) Element: None for now, moving towards light Combat: A katana and a variety of other asian style weapons kept in mallet space that she has a large control over. Family: Mother(55), deceased Father Partner in crime: Klarth Bio: Originally a regular teenager, helping her mother around the family cafe, fate had a funny way of giving people a wake up call when Klarth burst through the cafe door one day, searching for a place to hide from rabid fangirls. Zelly helped him lay low for a while, Klarth staying in the guest room in her house above the cafe. News of the first HCW soon finally reached the town, the two hoping to help their fellow culties in any way. In the fifteen years after, Klarth and Zelly were wanderers, traveling from town to town and living off bounties received for taking down bandits, troublesome monsters, etc. when they spotted their old pal Teff, who they have been stalking following ever since.

(Past) (Present) Name: Kenta Age: 19 (17 in HCW... Yay for unexplained slow aging) Element: Water, Ice and Darkness (Wants to rule over Wind) Combat: After using a Dual-style technique of swords, Kenta gave it up. After Dying his hair he went to using only 1 sword. His katana is for quick battles, where his Aegis Sword is for long and duel-type battles. He also is a master of Water and Ice Magic. He was once able to liquify himself and harden his body into ice at will due to Summon Spirit fusion. It is unknown if he still has such abilities. Though he is skilled with a sword, many could easily kick his a**. Bio: The guy who started all of the problems. Kenta was the leader of the infamous Blue Cult in the Cult Wars. Though it started out like his cult was weak and lacked any support, it was soon discovered that Kenta had been a mastermind behind the majority of the plot. The real leader of the Shichijishou, and worked his way up to becoming top cheese as far as villains went. He met his match to the other cults who opposed his idea that the world was truly "his" as he "created it", something or other. After being bested and having the evil inside him drawn out (which was a disgusting monster thing), Kenta went on to other plans... He decided to live on the moon with his crew and start a new operation: Moon Resort 15 years later... The Resort went bankrupt and Blue Cult was now officially screwed. However, Kenta knew that that majority of their workers came from the poor city of Darishield, and soon after some confusion, his "cult" was reborn. This time more accepting as a Coporation: Oberon Corp, who soon came into Darishield. They decided, along with the citizens, that the city's name be changed to "Oberon" to wipe out the harsh memories of the last few years. It is still unknown of how he knew of Darishield's issues... Family: Kalz...? (Do replicas count?) Parents are deceased. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Name: Yamino Kalz (Kalz: I CAN MAKE MY OWN DAMN LAST NAME*Tranquilized*) Age: 19 (17 in HCW, same as Kenta) Element: Pure Ice Combat: Kalz likes his icy moves to be used at his pleasure in combat. Which is probably why he uses an ice gauntlet and Ice Whip as his two main weapons. He also is skilled in ice magic, possibly better than even Kenta, as Kenta "stole" his ice abilities from Kalz. He likes to be quick and precise, often using his whip to grab weapons from his opponents and making them defenseless. He has beaten Kenta once in battle... Bio: Kalz was created before HCW began. He was to be the first "Perfect Replica" in which he mimicked Kenta in every single way so Kenta's plan could go off without a hitch. Kalz was "failed" apparently and only turned out to be a replica with Kenta's memories. He acted like Kenta in no way what-so-ever and finally retaliated and left to join up with the Shichijishou, of which he had no idea Kenta secretly lead. He was driven to kill his original for giving him a crappy purpose but after his first victory... Failure would always become him. So he finally had to bow down to Kenta and obey his will. Currently, he is under the title of "South Blue" of Kenta's "Blue Winds" of Oberon Corp. He is in charge of the technological parts of the facility... which he sucks at. He was probably purposely given this job just to get pissed off. Though Kenta says that Kalz is important, he treats him like s**t. Family: Kenta...? (He made him, right...?) Whoever Kenta's parents were... ~ The Blue Winds~ ~ Misonra's Generals~ South Blue: Kalz TRAITORWest Blue: Largo TRAITORAge: Hasn't aged much (like Kalz and Kenta) since the operation of the Moon Paradise.

Bio: Largo was part of Blue Cult in the wars of 15 years prior. He proved to be a valuable battle asset to Kenta and was able to ward many off while Kenta saw his own plans come to fruition. After being struck down at the hands of the cults early, he decided to resign his post... Most presumably he was left for dead.
This seemed not to be the case, however. Largo re-appeared, alive and well, with Kenta and the others on the Moon. Still, the re-generation of people is a bit unknown, it intrigues Largo as well.
Later, Largo has grown a bit softer and works on the politics branch, West Blue, of Oberon Corp. Though he is still stern and carries his scythe with him, he shows that he is willing to negotiate anything rather than razing it all.
He joined Kalz' resistance and branded a traitor~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ East Blue: ~Yuan of the Thunder~ Age: .... it's over 4,000 years, I don't really want to know Element: Thunder Bio: Yuan was one of Kenta's main go-to guys during the wars 15 years prior. He was a loyal member of Blue Cult until the final battles drew near. He then opposed Kenta for a brief time, but knew that if he could not be bested in combat, no one could defeat Kenta. He met his end at the hands of () before the cults infiltrated Kenta's base. He, like Largo, was also re-generated under bizzarre circumstances and went to work with Kenta on his Moon Paradise scheme. Later, he played the role of East Blue, which was intelligence gathering and secret agents. Though, his love for beautiful ladies (He got over Martel realizing that if he'd probably live forever, so why not reak the benefits?), has gotten him into quite some trouble. He is working his way up to rivaling Kalz on Kenta's hate list. He is now fully trusted by Misonra, and is plotting many city take-overs with his own army branch. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ North Blue: "DEATH" Barbatos Goetia Age: Well over 1,000ish... though only looks 35 years old Element: Mainly dark... in fact, the way he uses it could be called a much different element... Death Element Bio: 15 years ago, Barbatos met Kenta and they began their plot to conquer, or as Kenta put it, "re-claim" the world for themselves. Barbatos, always liking a good fight and some people to kill, quickly agreed alliegence to Kenta. He was the first member of Blue Cult. Barbatos actually made a replica of himself during the wars, of which he controlled from a secret location (Kenta's hidden base) and served as the final result of Kenta's project "Perfect Replica". It was flawed still, but none-the-less served its purpose. When Barbatos was finally ready to take on the cults himself, he let the replica get killed off so he could go about business with Kenta killing off the people of the other cults. He met his end at them as well, and was also re-generated by mysterious means. Though he could care less, this was nothing new for him... he recalls from a previous world a person known as Elraine who was capable of doing such things... He went to work on the Moon Paradise as well, and was chief of staff who reported to Kenta directly. 1 year ago, he went back to the surface world to see how much had changed in their absence, where he found Elraine. He witnessed the death of the Marquess of Darishield and informed Kenta of this news in private, Kenta acted like he didn't know when the truth was revealed. Later, he was the General of the Oberon Army, if they must ever be used, in North Blue branch. He isn't that brilliant of a strategist, but if Kenta put Barbatos in that role, he must believe Barbatos is good at something other than just killing... Now, still military head under Misonra. Barbatos is put in a boring job of watching the city. Misonra is actually hoping Barbatos will snap and want to go on a killing spree.

She tends to use wide-range, highly destructive magic attacks (usually mid-high level mastery). Though, they take a long time to cast, Kurai has a better chance of striking her target down. Personality: Arrogant, loves money, hates poor people, Kurai > Everyone. Abusive. Only caring for Zelos and Rid. Hates to be insulted. Basically hates everyone under the sun. Name: Daruki Age: 16, since she's new. Weapon: High bow mastery, moderate-low dagger and light swords mastery. Element: Possesses some elemental shooting techs, incluing Fire, Ice, Wind, Thunder and Earth. Might learn more later on. Combat: Apart from her sniping skills, she can fight so-so with light swords and daggers, since she conceal one dagger on her. Also knows one, and only one, basic healing spell which she only uses under emergency (prefers to stick with gummies and whatnot) Bio: She pretty much poofed out of nowhere alongside the ninja girl Suzu to the peaceful world a few months ago, pretending to look for information on the "Great War that made mother Gaia herself shudder 15 years ago". Later on, Kratos joined up with them as they travelled a bit aimlessly from town to town -the ninja and swordsman tutoring her on basic fighting/survival skills during the process- until they came to the outskirts of Oberon, where she met Kurai and hitted off with everyone else. Strangely, her "quest" for information was never bought up despite the fact that she now is around the Heroes of the past, so it was presumed to be more of an excuse of sorts. But to what end? This, no one knows. Bio: After the HCW ended, Avalith stayed with his blonde team while they rebuilt Virtue (on the ground), worked on various restoration projects, took incriminating photos of Kurai and Kvar. About eight years later, Avalith went far over seas, doing Martel-only-knows what. He returned when he heard whispers on the wind of trouble.

Name: Nitragon. Images: Costume #1: Regular Costume. Costume #2: Hooded Assassin. Age: 16 Weapons: -Havoc's Core. A sword Nitragon can create using an unrefined version of the contamination effect. It's a sword Made of Fire, that's been consentrated into a near-solid form by Electricity Holding it together. (I have no scientific explanation for this). Combat Style: Uses 1 handed sword (Havoc's core) and Kicking attacks. Limited Magical abilitys. Elemental Spell Preference: Lightning, Fire. Combat Info: Nitragon's Speed and Defensive skills are great, but his attacks leave little damage. Thanks to this, he uses mostly multi-hitting or fast attacks. Tecs: -Sword Rain (Alpha/Beta Path) -Swallow Dance (Dragon Dance) -Eagle Dive -Tiger Blade (Twin Tiger Blade) -Lightning Tiger -Hell Pyre -Tempest (Omega Tempest) Spells: -Fire Ball -Fire Wall -Lightning -Thunder Blade (Spell. Might actually be lightning blade. I get them mixed up. neutral ) Titles: Weird kid, Hooded assailant, Leprechaun...? and Emerald Storm. Bio: Nitragon claims to have been raised on an isolated island somewhere in the western Ocean. His claim seems to be true as he's extremley ignorant about the events that happened during the hair cult wars. He's usually an observer to events that don't invlove him directly. Regardless, he does get involved in events as he's decided to walk the path of a mercanary. He's not currently affiliated with any cults, although his hair is green, and he seems to lean towards the green-cult. While off-duty, he can be found in bars waiting to take on a specific assignment or just evesdropping on some of the locals. While "on duty" as he like to call it, he tends to wear a black cloack, and keep most of his face covered.

Piccy: Age: Previously 14, now 29 Weapon: TBD something creative and spurr-of-the-moment....when necessary. Element: Most likey Electricity because it's shiny and tingley. Bio: Previously had Kratos as a partner, but he left her during the fifteen years of peace. Got a name change from flufie to Teff during that period as well. Jay randomly joined up and Dist seems to have something to do with her as well. (fire when robots explode) Bio: met up with Teff just as everything was beginning again. Seemed to need her for something. Pic: Look in the HCW: Name: Lunika Veris Age: 32(was 17 in HCW) complains about her age, really doesn't look it(or act it) Family: Malakai(older half sister) Element Affinity: Light from her previous fusion with Luna,but can use all element type magic even without summon spirits Weapon: Swords Combat: Although her sword skills are good especially after training with Guy,she prefers using offense magic. Uses her teleporting magic to dodge attacks and for surprise attacks. Hardly ever uses her healing magic anymore. Bio: Had joined the Blonde Cult back during the HCW. She arrived just the old Blonde Base was under attack and somehow managed to not be separated from her partner Guy. Through certain circumstances,she became the temporary leader of the Blonde Cult near the end of the wars. After the wars,she managed to talk Guy into helping her with her plan to take over the world with pink bunnies. Which she ended up doing by selling them and starting a big craze with them. 15 years later,the pink bunny craze has died completely(only a few die hard collectors remain). They're now bankrupt and supposenly low-leveled,Lunika and Guy now teamed up with Ion to help him find out the Score was trying to warn him of. They're travels lead them to Oberon City,and Lunika had them join Oberon Corp. During a mission,it was revealed that Lunika is really a half elf. They have yet to find out more about then that.
