I GOT TO GO! AND IT WAS AMAZING! I crown Dallas Taylor as the best front man ever! Oh, and I earlier said Maylene wasn't recording their album til after the tour, but they've already finished it, and this tour is promoting a digital EP they'll have for sale in about 3 weeks, so keep on the look out for that. Oh, and I asked Dallas if he wasn't going to go back to The New Tragic and he said not really because he was too busy with Maylene, but that he was still good friends with The New Tragic. If you don't know what I'm talking about, Dallas Taylor founded Underoath, the most famous hardcore Christian band to date, and left in 2003 after getting married and having a couple of kids. Then he formed another Christian band, Maylene and the Sons of Disaster. He then founded The New Tragic which is a secular (non-religious) band, but has decided to play with Maylene.

No, when I asked him he said I'm too busy with Maylene, but I still love all those guys. It really is because of Maylene, and on their myspace, if your friends with them, you can read their blog, and they even said he was too busy. And the RK bassist left because he started his own company and had to spend time with that. Dallas Taylor had two of his best friends from his hometown in The New Tragic and Brian Pittman was best friends with Matt Thiessen and Hoops, but both were busy with other stuff, thats all. If you get a chance to meet either Brian or Dallas, take it.
