Ebil was confused why he was given such a strage egg. He had never heard of a gryphon. Some woman gave it to him...after he paid a fee. He never seen a egg so big or heavy. It nearly made him fall as he walked to a bench. He laid it next to him as he sat down. He looked it over. Smothe, hard. What to do with it though.

He tapped the egg a few times. It made a thud sound. Well there is something in here. He sow a book store that said gryphon scrolls. He wents in and gets one. As he walks back to the egg he reads the scroll. "Gryphons are used for diffrent things, "Garuds, shows,fighting, guarding...well mabey you will make a good garud. If not you can be...I don't know." He said as he stroke the egg.

Mia made her way into the city, poking her finger into a small leather bag and mumbling to herself as she counted the gold within it.With a sigh she tightened the strings and looked over at the large, gray gryphon walking beside her."Were gonna need some more gold soon, runnin low."She stuck the small bag into her bag and looked around for a general store.
Tynan looked over at her, clicking his beak lightly as in in agreement.He too looked around, there didn't seem to be as many people around, so the man with the egg was more noticible.Tynan watched the man for a few moment before nudging Mia's side to get her attention.

On the scroll it had a picture of a few gryphons. "Okay so...there are many breeds...she said you came from a china area...no idea where that is or what breed it says you are." He said as he looked at the egg. He didn't see the girl or the gryphon that were near him. "Well...I can feed you...till you start to get a bigger appiteat." He said to the egg.

Mia stumbled slighly form the nudging, pushing his head away as she caught herself."What?"She looked aroudn and spotted the man and the egg, blinking slightly as she noticed the egg looked familiar."Another gryphon egg."She grinned and looked down at Tynan."Looks like theres gonna be more babies running around, ehh?"
Tynan puffed out slightly and shook his head as it was pushed.He looked up at her and blinked as she spoke, looking back at the egg when she was finished.
Mia ruffled his ears adn continued walking, passing closely by a man and easily relieving him of a good bit of gold and slipping it into her own bag."Stop staring Tynan and come on, we got shopping to do!"

He looked up to see the griffan. "Uhh..." He was surprised. He looked down to see griffans his age and sow that the picture was totaly wrong. "..."

Mia dissapeared into a store, leaving Tynan to sit outside the door.A few minutes later she came back out, noticing the man was looking at some sort of scroll.She quirked a brow and started walking along the shops till she was out of sight and turning abck around to come up behind im.She jumped atop the bakc of the benhc and crouched, staring over the man's shoulder a the scroll."That thing looks older than this town."
Tynan sat himself on the groung near Mia, on the end opposite the man.She stared at the egg, ears perked forward as if he expected it to suddenly hatch right there.

He slid down the bench in surprise. "Uhh...I think I should find a new one..." She was right. All that stuff for the absolent of a griffan was wrong. He looked at the gryphon that was staring at his egg. "Will he...hurt the egg." He said worried.

"Might be a good idea."Mia looked over at Tynan at the question, chuckling slightly."Nah, I think he is just waiting for it to hatch.Tynna loves babies."She looked down at the egg."So, where did ya get the egg?"
Tynan looke dup at his name, looking from mia, to the man, then back to the egg.

He shrugged. "Some ladie sold it to me. I was walking by when a women was selling them. I heard her say how rare they are and decide to raise one...which now is starting to look hard apon my wallet." She said looking at the egg.

He nodded. "Thats what I said to her but I caved in." He looked down at the griffan. "Really want to see her too." He said to it. Then he remebered him manners. "Oh, am Ebil, may I ask what your names are." He said holding out a hand.

"The names Mia and his,"she pointed down at the gray gryphon."is Tynan."
Tynna's ears twitched at the soun dof his name and he raised his head slightly.Seeing that nothing was wanted he set his head abck on the seat of the bench.
