Okay, it has recently come to my attention that some people believe that me being turtle-licious is copying another user (namely one Osiris, whom I did not know existed until after I had gone turtle and had seen them in the GCD). While I was inspired by Pompetti, the greatest turtle ever, to go into the shell, I was not trying to copy anyone.
I saw Pompetti in the GCD, and it was her who brought the awesomeness of the Hard Shell Pack to my attentions. I was playing with the idea of going turtle, when suddenly I made a split second decision that I am still acting on, three months later.

I went into my shell on August 26th, 2006. We were in the middle of game 8, and I had basically screwed everyone over by being the 'Fake' newsreporter via AIM to try to prove a point, but basically ruined every thing for everyone. I was feeling really bad, and wanted to hide away from everyone, but still post and be active and be a part of the GCSG community, so I acted on the idea that I had had planted in my skull awhile before.
I went turtle.

I've come out of my shell, only to dive back in as soon as possible because I love being a spiky green thing. It's soooo much fun, and it's me. I lovelovelove it, and I won't be leaving any time soon.

It's my one safe place from the insults of the world and stuff, and it feels like another barrier of protection from everything ucky.

I wish to convey that I am not attempting to copy anyone, and I think it's kind of odd to accuse someone of copying someone else by equipping an item. True, this item layers over all the others, but in reality, it's just another item.
