Mission: Tropical Rhapsody
We've been given orders to eliminate enemy mobile suits found in the jungle surrounding the Prototype MS lab in Southeast Asia. I've also been given orders to test out the New MS-07B-3 suit.
MS's available:
Yours or:
MS-06F-2 Zaku II (90mm machinegun, heat hawk, leg missles)
MS-07B Gouf(35mm finger machine guns,3x35mm gatling gun, heat saber)
MS-09 Dom (360mm Giant bazooka, heat rod, scattering beam gun)
MS-09 Dom (880mm Raketen Bazooka, heat rod, scattering beam gun)
Requirements:
You must be a registered MS pilot and in my squad.
(you may sign up late, but for every late pilot, 10 posts are added to the victory reqs. Not a big deal, but its only fair.)
Mission difficulty/length:
Hard (30+ posts)
Conditions for victory:
Destruction of the enemy MS's. (about 30 posts)
Enemies:
RX-78[G] Gundam ground-type (number unknown)
RX-79 EZ8 Gundam EZ-8 (number unknown)
RGM-79 SP GM Sniper (number unknown)
Pilots:

Tsai enters the Zaku II that is provided for for this mission. He flips a switch on as all the screens in the cockpit turn on.
"Greetings sir" he says to Eggy from his monitor. His cockpit closes and he gets himself ready for combat.

With a ear-shattering clank, Atero's new Zaku II landed in the mission staging area.
"Atero Pendragon, reporting for mission launch. I could use a fuel touch-up..." He eyed his fuel guage angrily. This thing was sucha guzzler, and flying from his hangar had proven alittle farther than he remembered...

"Alright Comrades. Intel has located enemy MS's to the Lab's 6 o' clock. Lucky for us, that place is pretty much all a big clearing; no trees. Hopefully they don't have long range suits, but this seems to be a pretty large group."
With that said, Eggy waves the others to head out, and moves on himself.
((oh yeah, posting order when rping is usually: pilot1,pilot2,pilot3,etc.. and try not to god-mode, i just don't like it sweatdrop ))

"You can bet your a** they'll have long range suits sir," Tsai replied laughing. He began to mobilize his Zaku. He turned his Zaku around and started moving backwards to guard their rear in case they were fired upon from behind.

Eggy ran as fast as his suit would let him, leading the way, as his comrades followed him toward the point of interest. Wish I had a damn Dodai to ride.... He had forgotten to check if his weapons were working properly before.. Oh well, A visual check is just as good. He raised his gatling shield to his suit's mono-eye. Looks fine.

((I keep screwing this up. Argh. Laggy computer is ruining my timing. Sorry for the deleted post, I thought I'd be able to take my place after Tsai before Eggy posted.))
Atero saw Eggy's weapon heck, and took the moment to check his Bazooka, making sure it was primed to fire. All seemed well, so he lowered the weapon to half-ready, making fast run to keep up with Eggy.
Ready to roll out...

Tsai turned his Zaku around and ran after Eggy. "We shouldn't rush at the enemy so quickly," he advised Eggy as he scanned the area with his Zaku's mono-eye. "There doesn't seem to be any enemies here but we got to be careful, stealth is an important aspect for us,".

"I suppose you're right. Let us slow down." Eggy slows down his Gouf. "Once they enemy is visible to us, and we can comfirm their direction of movement, I'll go ahead and set up bombs where they might be going."

Atero applied reverse verniers from his MS legs to slow down quicker, and the Zaku II came to a slow settle.
"Sound plan, boss."
He faced forward, still visually scanning. He wished he had some better long range sensors on here...He could always switch his gear to Active Scan, and maybe find their position, but then they' be able to see his too...And his team's. He decided against it, and just kept his eyes open.

Tsai mobilizes again after a pause and scans the area. Suddenly he could hear the stomping of the enemy. "Sir, we should get ready to ambush the enemy, you can hear them too right?" he asked both his comrades as his Zaku kneeled down its 90mm machine infront of it ready to shoot. "What's the plan sir?" he asked Eggy as he continued to monitor the area.

"Alright, you two slowly creep back." Eggy kneeled, resting his massive shield. This thing puts the suit off balance.. The scientists need to adjust the AMBAC system for this suit. "Once I get a visual, or if you do, I'll determine where they're going and set some remote bombs. Then, I'll join you two, and we'll seek some good cover and unload on whatever survives."
