Sooo, mine well, I'm only really out to my friends.. but the way I came out was kind of an accident. A [former] friend of mine and I were talking in math class when what... I guess I was 14. She was going on about how amazingly hot gay boys were, but that lesbians were disgusting. I was pretty pissed seeing as she was pretty well attacking me in the things that she was saying, except she didn't know. So, I kept saying "How could you say that, it's no different" blah blah. Well, that of course got her wondering why I wasn't backing down on it [I'm a HUGE pushover usually] and as silly little 8th graders do, we passed notes the rest of the day, her badgering me about whether I was gay or not until I finally just admitted it. Her and I were really good friends and she kept writing that she'd "be ok if I was" and that she wasn't going to tell anyone, so yeah, I figured it was alright.
During lunch, a few of my friends and I went downtown to eat. And on the way I saw her and a bunch of her friends, one of which immediately screamed when she saw me "Aleasha are you GAY?" til this so called friend of mine nudged her to shut up. She had told everyone. So for the last two weeks of 8th grade, I had people I didn't even know, walk up to me and ask if I was a lesbian, avoiding me at every chance. Even some teachers. Muchhh fun talk2hand

Well...I've always been gay...*shrugs* I was about 11 when I realised it. One day I woke up and I was like "I think I like women..." and then I logged online, looked at some boobies and well...Yeah cool Here I am today.
As for my friends...I was in the 6th grade when I told my first friend. She was down with it and never told anyone, the next year is when I really came out. I had the same Problem as Takara....*shakes head* I actually came out because a bunch of girls said they were "Bisexual" so I was like "Coolbeans...me too...except I only like girls" and everyone ended up thinking My best friend and I were secretly lesbian lovers... Even the teachers and...Yeah... This jerk named John was like "You should ask Amanda to the dance" and I was all "NOOoooOoo" and well... Everyone sitting at my table in Art found out and Summer Mayon started saying it all loud and she got sent to the office.... mrgreen I ended up moving schools the next year, and wore my lesbian pins... "I'm not gay, but my girlfriend is" Two female linky sign things...a rainbow...and a "Chicks Rule" on the poster that normally says "We Can Do It".
When I told my dad he said "You are who you are" and now we watch Ellen together. ^_^

I've only told two of my friends...after they pretty much called me out on it, because they saw me posting in a bisexual thread. Dx I couldn't exactly deny it, so I just them I was bi. We don't really talk now :'D
I plan on telling one of my good friends sometime soon...I know for sure she's okay with it, she has that 'iSuport' stuff on her myspace and she keeps urging me to put it on there. whee
Buuut, I could only probably tell her once I figure out what I am ><;;

Well...the first of my 'school friends' that I told, (I say that because my other two friends already knew so that doens't really count. ><) She was sleeping over at my house...and I like told her that I needed to tell her something and she was all confused..but you must know that I'm not good at expressing myself, and it took me an hour to finally say it, and I had my face pressed into my carpet crying like mad.
She said she didn't care. ><
So, for awhile, she was the only one who knew, but, now I don't care who knows at school and such, I just don't want my grandma finding out..><

I have a lot of coming out stories...
Coming out to my mom, she kinda outed me her self... she found a note book of mine.. with notes from my first girlfriend asking her about the situation that happened between me and her...
Coming out to my dad, about a year later(endish of freshmen year), my mom told me to tell him after she walked in on me and my at the time girlfriend Katelyn...
Coming out to my biology class... I was in the 7th grade biology class long before my first girlfriend... and... this doushe bag kept picking on me.. (I was the fat girl no one like, kind of person.. I had LOT of self image issues) and he said something about how no guys would ever want to get it on with me and I stood up and was like "look here you ******** poor excuse for a boy, I hate you and your ******** p***s... if you ever ******** decide to take it out of your a** and think about what you are saying to a GOD DAMN LESBAIN" my teacher came over to me in kind of a shoock... more out of the surprize I was gay than anything.... and was like.. "Ben you have a detention"
Um during the 6th grade... I came out to my now still bestfriend, who happens to be bisexual now... I did the whole.... what would you say if... type thing... and yeah lol she and I are still bestfriends...
This year my dad told his mother, my mom plans on telling hers when every she hints to it again lol

I only came out to my family. And that's it. My out story isn't very interesting b/c there is no drama in it xd But my sister was like, "what the heck's a bisexual?" She's only nine lol

I've know since about..the tenth or eleventh grade that I was attracted to women. All my friends knew soon after and my three female cousins as well.
I just told my parents on April 21st (points to siggy) and they were fine with it! They kind of suspected that I was gay anyways, because of the friends I seem to make lately...they are always usually Gay/Lesbian, Transgender or both!
When I told my Dad, he said "You are what you are" blaugh Hopefully I'll be able to go to this year's Pride in July!! xd

I never really came out, people just sort of caught on. I have a few homophic friends, so they still don't know. Still think I'm straight as a board...which is half true. =P
But most of my really close friends know.
My parents would be totally supportive of me...I just don't want to lose my sleep over privileges... <.< >.>

All my friends know, and they're cool with it. I wouldn't be friends with them if they weren't. wink In 8th grade I said I was bi and was totally outcasted though. Private schools.. what a b***h. It wasn't until 10th grade that I totally came out as gay and was accepted.
My mom is a smart woman, she figured it out herself. She's totally cool with it. It's not even an issue with her. (I heart my mommy~) There have even been times she's walked in on me and my girlfriend and she was just like "oh my bad XD"
I've never told my brother, he just knows but doesn't ever talk about it. Which is fine.
My dad, oh god, the poor man's in denial. Ever since my girlfriend slept over one night (as a "friend") and I guess he heard us. So I never really told him either. He found out the hard way. xd
