It's nice, but you need a little less black on bottom. Maybe a skirt instead of the pants? And the shoes don't really match, you need a little more of the lighter blue to match the pixie spread out through your avatar, you seem to only have it on top. I'm sure you could just change the setting and it'd look better. I'll give it a 6/10.
