Going by Gundams, I'd say Sandrock Custom, with Heavyarms Custom and regular Altron right behind it.
Counting non-Gundams, Tallgeese III is amazing.

I'd have to say Deathscythe Hell Custom and Wing Zero Custom would have a nice fight for my number one favorite.

I have a tie between Deathscythe Hell wink and Altron from Endless Waltz. Come on, you can't say a Gundam whose arms can go flying around like they have a mind of their own isn't cool.
