We have all been waiting on news of this PSP game, and here is the confirmation we need to know we WILL be playing as Zack and that this game will defy all PSP laws. IT IS GOING TO RULE SO FRIGGEN MUCH!!!! A notice to other Mods: I know this doesnt belong on the main page, but it is significant news for the FFVII Universe in general. Ill move it in a few days. Here is a youtube link to the trailer for Crisis Core that has been released. It hasnt been dubbed yet for English speakers, but its still amazing to see right off the bat regardless. thats pretty amazing rite there. i have only a few problems with it tho, for one they changed Aeriths outfit >.< fer another tho, i dont think they should have made any form of past or future to the FF7 game, i just think there making a bunch of crap up now as they go. cuz the original FF7 story line was amazing, but these new ones dont seem nearly as good. DoC wasnt that great i think, and this looks alot better with a more thought out story line. but still un needed ya kno? thats wat i think on it tho. other wise it looks pretty cool i mite buy a PSP now lol

Hmmm....If I recall correctly, the 2nd disc of my copy of AC had a Crisis Core trailer. Yeah, it did, and it was freaken' cool, too.
eek Wow. That trailer was awesome! *is now even more impatient for Crisis Core to come out*

Sorry, this game looks so good, and I don't own a PSP... God dammit!
As for the first poster, dude, not that big of a deal. Aeris' outfit was changed, because it's weird to be in the same outfit day after day after day. They're normal people, as normal as being in the FF7 universe can be, and like normal people, change their clothes. Only exception would be Sephy, Vinvin, and the Turks.
And for the sequels and prequels, don't forget, Metal Gear: Solid did that a lot, and see the success (metal gear solid 3) and misfortune (metal gear solid 2). It's basically put to solidify the storyline, show what happens and what had happened. Answers questions, and either proves or disproves rumors of what may happen or what had happened in the past.
And, if history has a point of repeating itself, DoC was somewhat of a flop, FF7 C:C may be a hit. But, it being on the PSP and not a lot of people being into the handheld gaming as of late, who knows. Damn, I gotta get my cousin Jhay-R D to buy it so that I can play it... That or buy a PSP, I dunno

I don't have a PSP yet, but I'll still be getting this game the day it comes out. It won't be for a while yet anyway so whatever. xD
The only thing I was really able to focus on while watching this trailer was all the lovely Zack x Aerith moments (bah, who cares about the other scenes?). I was just watching with googly eyes.

I just love the battle system! whee Damn...I don't want to get a PSP just for this game.....but I want it so bad! gonk Damn it, Square, WHY?! Why couldn't it be on the PS2 at least?! WHY!?
Aeris + Zack= Very cute couple.

I was so exctied when I saw this. But now I gotta buy a PSP. But seeing as how the game is coming out in Japan sometime in 2007, we are going to have to wait a little while longer for it, so lots of time to save!
And wow, I wasn't expecting seeing Genesis at the end, complete with Gackts voice. I got really excited there ( im a Gackt fan ) wink
