Surrounded by a 15 foot wall of concrete topped with electrified wire, the dome is a small, one story building, that brances out further into a grand mansion beneath the surface. The majority of the remaining PSO forces are stationed around the inside and outside of the building. Inside the dome, on the fifth floor down, is a conference room, where Lazerus and the rest of the six are discussing what is to be done about the super menace.
There are cameras around the entirety of the wall, and if something unusual is spotted the area will be swarmed with defences....defence troops equiped with high tech weaponry....and cookies.

Suddenly, on the outside of the dome, appear the spray-painted words "DON'T BLINK", and one of the troops discovers that his weapon is missing - right out of his hands.

It's sorta like SpudNaplm. Gets everywhere and burns like hell.))
