Yesterday, I was watching TV with my sibs and I saw a commercial for some game called Viva Pinata. Well, I decided to ignore it and looked away, but then I heard the pinata on the commercial talk. I was like, "WTF?! O.O" Because I thought that the voice sounded familiar. I swear that it sounded just like Yuugi and Yami no Yuugi's English voice actor Dan Green! xD Then I asked my sister if she thought so and she said yeah. So I was wondering, have any of you guys heard that commercial? If you have, didn't the pinata sound like Yuugi? o.O

I thought the same thing when I heard that commercial! I asked my sister who was in the room at the time, and she just kinda looked at me like I was crazy.
Well... in her face!
I've caught an epi of that show though, and I didn't notice that pinata sounding especially dan greenish before. That's some freak commercial...

xD Yeah, I know! At first I thought it was my ears messing with me, but I'm usually very good with voices so I didn't think it could've been. Plus, Dan Green has a easily recognizable voice. xD Oh! I believe it is his voice. There's a 4-kids logo at the end of the ad. I looked him on on IMDb.com for you anyway.

OMG I love that commercial! XD I always thought the commercial was hilarious even though I've never seen the show and I'm sure the game actually sucks. Never noticed that it was Dan Green's voice though. O_o I think I've been watching too much anime in Japanese; lately I've been recognizing seiyuu like Ougata Megumi but haven't been able to tell when Dann Green or Eric Stuart are voicing something. I'm going deaf to American... in America!

xD I recognize Japanese and American voices alot. Especially people from YYH and YGO.
This isn't the first time that I've heard a voice actor on a commercial either. Once, I heard Kirby Morrow (He talks Miroku on Inuyasha.) on the radio doing a commercial. o.o
And thanks for the link, BK. ^^ I didn't know that Viva Pinata was a show until I looked up the commercial. I'm so dumb. xD

Actually it's about a magical island of piñatas... reminds me of coconut Fred.
From what I've gathered over the course of 2 episodes, the piñatas have magical piñata adventures in their magical piñata garden, until they are picked by the factory to "entertain" at a party.... 0_o
