[P]oo. So My Report Card I Took Home Today Was Good, 2x Were Around 50%, The Rest Was Around 70-90%, But... My Maths Was Like Phail. So My Parents Gave Me And My Sis (Who Also Sucks At Maths) a Preach. They Keep Threating Us About Getting Someone To Give Us Lessons At Home. I Know It Might Be Better, But I Don't Want Even Less Free Time. [D;]
We'll See How My Maths Grades Are Later On. But Last Time, I Had To Let My Dad Sign All My Tests For Maths. I Did That And Got a 20/20, Just For Ordering Them And Letting Them Get Sign. [8DD]

Math is very hard. I don't know what to tell you.
You need to toss out your pride and ask lots of questiosn in class; don't be afraid to seem like a retard. Ask them to explain it in a different way until you get it.
Also, as long as you do all the homework, even if you fail the tests you should be fine(in the US math is graded upon completion).
I failed pretty much every single one of my math tests when I was in high school, but because I sucked it up and did all my homework, I got passing grades.
Elementary school through middle school I didn't really realise I could do that, I hated math so much I would refuse to do any work thinking it was hopeless. I had tutors for a very large portion of my life, and yes, having less free time DOES suck.
The best advice I ever got for life in general was 'Treat it like you would a game. Make it fun for you and you will do well."
I'm in college now and I'm getting As in Math. Admittingly, it's the same material I already covered in middle school and high school, but as long as I ask tons of questions I'm alright.
Everyone thinks I'm a retard but.. I have better grades than them because of it. When you live by yourself and are very poor you realise that Pride is something that was meant to be broken.

[P]roblem Here. My Maths Teacher Refuses To Give Grades For Homework, Cause He Thinks Everyone Just Copies It From Others. All You Can Get Are Bad Grades For Not Making The Homework, No Grades For Completing It Or Making It Correctly. [>0<;]

That really sucks. Do you have a study hall class period? See if you can hook up with someone who will tutor you during that time, so you can do it while technically not missing any free time.
Or see if you can talk to your teacher into giving you grades for your homework, or into giving you some sort of extra credit project.

65% and below here... eek That's messed up. See, at least our method of grading follows some sort of pattern. The grade changes every 10%.

In my expierence, most teachers end class early. Work on your homework before the bell rings, there.
That's what I did, and for the most part, I never had homework that I actually had to bring home.

I get distracted ALL the time, causing it to be impossible for me to get work done. I usually have to bring both classwork and homework home. Neither of which I do. Estellio Estel

Estellio Estel On time during my History class last year, my teacher failed a student at literally 59.9%. He gave enough chances for extra credit and stuff, so I don't feel that bad for the student, it's just that that would be one of those you have ask yourself how come you didn't work one point harder?
