11. Credits Thank you Cere for the stamp heart Haha, a month ago I still never thought that I would be questing for a Fa'e. Because Fa'e seems to be like a faraway dream for me, an unreachable one. Seriously, Fa'e intimidates me to a certain level, that's why I was a lurker for ages. That and I am not the type of person to really 'quest' for something too. (the last time I really had a quest on Gaia was for my DJs which was completed almost 2 years ago) But the recent announcement of the event based on the concept of Lost Children really struck my interest and my motivation to start this quest. Being the indecisive me, I had been mulling over a few concepts for a while but finally settled on this one which I like the best. (I have a special love for reptiles <3) Chances of me getting a Fa'e might still be slim, since there are so many awesome questers and concepts out there that probably had been questing longer than me. But one of the things I strongly believe in is - "If I don't try, I won't know for sure". So even if I will never get a Fa'e, it's a very enjoyable experience for starting this quest and exercising my conceptual skills in the process.

 **All the information here applies to all personalities, more specific information of each personalities are available in the post below. The general abilities and weaknesses are largely based on the original Orochi in the legend.**
NAME : Junichi (meaning "obedience/purity first". The kanji for 'Jun' means "obedience/purity", while the kanji for 'ichi' means "one/first.")
MYTH : Based on a Japanese myth - Yamata no Orochi, a giant serpent-like creature with 8 heads and 8 tails. The name 'Orochi' literally means 'big snake'.
GENDER : Male
PERSONALITY : Multiple personalities, please refer to post below for more elaborate description of his multiple personalities.
APPEARANCE : Junichi is very pale, which contrasts greatly with his messy dark hair that has a purple tinge, and the dark scales on his body. Since he was a baby there are selected patches of purple scales scattered throughout his body. Obvious ones would be the ones on his cheeks near his ears, and some on the back of his hands. He doesn't hide them usually, because there are a lot of odd looking creatures that live around him as well, no one of them that looks the same.
Minus the scales, he's actually rather good looking. Face is a slightly angular oval shape, dark messy hat hair, deep dark purple eyes and an average slender build, Junichi isn't too dashing or sexy, but he's considered better than average. If dressed up properly he might be able to draw some people's gaze. Now if only he don't have such a bad fashion sense.
He also has canine teeth that contains poison. (please refer to 'Abilities' section for more info)
**His appearance is very subjective, as I couldn't decide how he should look like as well. I have several ideas in mind but I just couldn't settle on one. However, the features that he must absolutely keep are his patches of purple scales, his dark hair and his glasses (as Junichi, see personality post for extra appearance info)**
ABILITIES :
'Sniffing' out virgins - More like he's able to 'feel' whether a person is a virgin or not. It's like a gut feeling. This is one of Junichi's default abilities, and it's active all the time, whether he likes it or not. Upon meeting face to face with someone and engaged in a conversation, Junichi is able to determine whether the person is a virgin. Note that both the person and Junichi needed to interact with each other either verbally or physically (like touching him/her or brushing pass each other) in order for Junichi to know about his/her virginity status. He usually keeps this information to himself so that he wouldn't offend anyone. As a child, when he still doesn't understand the concept of sex and virginity, he merely has a stronger liking for virgins and less liking for people that had lost their virginity.
This ability is shared by all personalities. Depending on which personality was present when he acquired the knowledge, he will react differently. Junichi may keep the information to himself, while others may choose to tease or sexually harass the person they are interacting with, some may even try to take away the person's virginity with various ways.
Poisonous Fangs - Junichi's canine teeth contains controlable amounts of neurotoxin that is capable of paralyzing to fatally killing a grown-up. He can control the amount he injects by will. He sometimes milk his own venom to sell to scientists, doctors or venom vendors to earn cash. However, after he milked himself he will need to wait for a while for the poison to regenerate. His neurotoxin is similar to the King Cobras.
Extendable Tongue - One ability or feature that Junichi considered disgusting and loathed it. His tongue is able to extend about 6 inches out of his mouth. When he was a child he couldn't control this ability well and was called a freak by many, even by his foster parents sometimes. But nowadays he keep this ability a secret from public eye, both because he don't want to attract unwanted attention, and he loathed the ability.

WEAKNESSES :
Alcoholic - Has a really strong liking for alcohol. But he couldn't really afford alcohol all the time, so his consumation of alcoholic beverages are limited, which is a blessing I guess. Despite being an alcoholic, he has an average tolerance for alcohol. Usually passing out after 3 cans of beer, 1 shot of strong alcohol would easily make him unconscious as well. However, he still couldn't resist any opportunity that may land him with alcohol. Had commited thievery to get them. Depending on different personalities, they react differently when drunk, but most just escalate from being awake to being unconscious without any extra/dumb acts in between.
Virgins - Due to the fact that he has a strong liking for virgins, he has a soft spot for them. Rarely could he resist any request made by a virgin, whether or not he will gain any advantages from them. He could just be taken advantage of by a virgin easily. However, this only applies to most personalities, a selected few would request something in return from the virgin, depending who was present when the request was made.

PERSONALITY #1
NAME : Junichi
APPEARANCE (EXTRA) : Wears glasses (only applies to this personality)
REPRESENTS : Soul
PERSONALITY : Intelligent to the point of being a nerd, and somewhat angsty. This is the dominant personality. People always thinks he's a nice guy, a bright smile always hung on his lips. Everywhere he go he seems to light up the place with his magical presence, his overly helpful manner lightens up everyone's day. But the smile is actually just a mask to cover up his dark and complicated nature. Secretly, he loathed himself for his multiple personalities. He wished they were never there. When he's alone he goes into emo mode, he could hear the multiple voices in his head arguing with each other, talking to him simultaneously. Over the time he had learnt to ignore most of them however, and he found that the best way to do so is occupying himself with doing good. It's his form of escaping from reality. He is very strong-willed, which is what makes him the dominant personality. He tries his best to hold back the other personalities from emerging, but sometimes during crucial moments, he have no choice but to surrender his body to his other personalities.
Junichi is somewhat a nerd, with a little oddities. He likes to educate people, and he reads a lot of books. He visits the library frequently and can be found teaching children who have no money or doesn't have a chance to study. (an example of him doing good) He is also a very avid learner. He has a lot of unique theories of his own, and when the chat topic evolves around something that he knows well, he can be quite talkative. He got most of his knowledge from the Soulfish library near the village where he used to live, over the time as he does more traveling with Remulos, his guardian, he got to learn more about various cultures in different villages. It's truly an eye opener for him. He is very friendly, and likes to converse and meet with new people. It helps him to get his mind off of the many voices in his head.

LIKES : Reading, educating, helping, bringing joy to people's life, swords (to appreciate them, not to use them), desserts

NAME : Ryuuta (means 'dragon; well built.')
APPEARANCE (EXTRA) : None
REPRESENTS : Monstrous
PERSONALITY : The first personality that emerged. Ryuuta first appeared when Junichi was threatened by 2 bullies when he was a kid. Ryuuta is a little over obsessively protective of Junichi, and in dire conditions when Junichi safety was threatened and his guardian not around, he will emerge to the surface and beat the crap out of the person that's threatening his safety. However, he doesn't have the concept of "enough is enough" when he's kicking someone's a**. Sometimes Junichi needed to forcefully take back over the body in order to stop him, or else the person Ryuuta was beating on would be brutally murdered. Ryuuta is the strong, quiet type, and very submissive to Junichi. He will go to lengths to protect him.
TRIGGER : When Junichi is in danger.
ABILITIES [EXTRA] : Has super strength, the strongest among the various personalities. Able to bend metal effortlessly.
WEAKNESSES [EXTRA] :
Simple minded - Ryuuta is all brawls and no brains. People could easily outwit him if they fight strategically.
Lack of defense in group fights - When fighting, Ryuuta usually concentrates his hits on 1 person, beating the crap out of him/her before moving to the next. Hence his back is vulnerable to any beatings.
LIKES : Junichi? And beating people up? He appears and disappears too abruptly and too swiftly to know what else he likes.
DISLIKES : People picking on or threatening Junichi's safety.
PERSONALITY #3
NAME : Jayoku (means 'Evil desire.')
APPEARANCE (EXTRA) : He is the most snake-like among the personalities, both physically and mentally. His eyes turns yellow, with a slit for pupils like a snake's. And he has a gruesome forked tongue. (imagine normal human tongue, but the frontal part forked into 2) His skin also seemed darker than usual, with slight hints of scales all over his body unlike the selected random parts like usual.
REPRESENTS : Kill
PERSONALITY : The second personality that emerged. Junichi is very very scared of him. Other than Junichi, he has the strongest willpower among the other personalities. He is pure evil, cunning, and likes cruelty, a sadist. He dreams of taking over the body all the time, loathing Junichi's goody good guy nature. But he clearly knows that Junichi's willpower is stronger than him, so he's submissive most of the time, waiting for an opportunity to pounce onto the surface like a sly snake crouching in the shadows. When he takes the chance, whenever Junichi's willpower is weakened, it usually takes a long while for Junichi to regain his body due to Jayoku's obsession over it.
He loves torture and killing living things. Although he hasn't murdered anyone yet, as Junichi regains his body before he can do so, it's only a matter of time before he does. Junichi can feel that he's slowly losing control over Jayoku. Every time Jayoku manages to take over the body, it gets harder for Junichi to regain control. So he tries his best to keep Jayoku at bay. Jayoku had a history of murdering animals however. He prefers to use a knife, and tie up the animal or person with a rope, then he proceeds to slowly cut the flesh out from them, torturing them beyond relief until they die. Sometimes he rapes the victim if they are a virgin, and Sometimes he uses different torture techniques, depending on his liking at that time. Usually when he does that and creates a ruckus in a place, Junichi and Remulos will be forced leave the place they were living in and look for a new one. It was something that Jayoku did that forced both of them to leave the Zaire village they were originally living in.
Recently, when Junichi is on alert more frequently than when he was younger, the chances of Jayoku emerging had been very very slim. At the current time, it had been almost an entire year since Junichi's kid stage that Jayoku emerged onto the surface. But he is there, in Junichi's head, his voice ever haunting him, persuading him to give it up. Jayoku is completely nocturnal, he only comes out and hunt in the night when he is able to.
ABILITIES [EXTRA] :
Shadow Walk - Able to hide and travel in shadows effectively. He usually uses this skill to stalk on his victims, looking for the opportuned moment to pounce on them. Like a snake hunting for it's prey.
Heighten senses - His sight, hearing and smelling senses are heighten. Being able to see in the dark, hear very sensitive noises and sniff at things with a flicker of his tongue.
WEAKNESSES [EXTRA] :
High screech noises - Due to his heighten hearing senses, he is very vulnerable to high screech noises. This is also one of the ways to force Jayoku back into Junichi's mind.
LIKES : Preying on virgins, torture, to see his victims scream and cry for mercy, sharp things, ropes.
DISLIKES : Junichi, being disturbed by a 3rd party when he's enjoying himself, merry things.
PERSONALITY #4
NAME : Kioshi (means 'quiet')
APPEARANCE (EXTRA) : None
REPRESENTS : Death
PERSONALITY : Quiet and very reserved, appears to be extremely antisocial, almost to the point of being devoid of emotion. His face is always blank, no expressions at all. This personality only emerged on Junichi's body once. Very little is known about this personality, except that Junichi seems to have the impression that Kioshi is very child-like. His soul and mind is very pure and he seems to have the ability to know what people are thinking.
It's not so much of a mind reading ability, it's just the way Kioshi observes things. He has extraordinary observation and analyzing skills, especially when it comes to human behavior. A drop of sweat, a draw of breath, a blink of an eye tells a lot of things, especially to Kioshi. His dull eyes staring at you will send shivers up your spine. But really, he can't read your mind. Even if he knows what you're thinking, he won't tell it to anyone because he don't want to.

ABILITIES [EXTRA] : Extraordinary observation and analyzing skills
WEAKNESSES [EXTRA] : No extra weaknesses
LIKES : Staring at people, being alone

PERSONALITY #5
NAME : Taiki (means 'large radiance')
APPEARANCE (EXTRA) : None
REPRESENTS : Devil
PERSONALITY : A very child-like personality, Taiki claims that he is Kioshi's twin brother. Unlike Kioshi however, Taiki is more extroverted than his brother. Taiki is very cheerful and airy, and he has a sweet tooth like Junichi. Taiki is very naive, and not as observant as Kioshi. It's very easy to persuade Taiki to do things for other people as long as they offer some form of sweet food to him, be it a boxful of pastries to even one single lollipop. This tactic could be put to use for people that want to know any information from Kioshi. Because Taiki is the only one who knows what Kioshi is thinking. He claims that both their minds are linked, and he knows what Kioshi is thinking most of the time, much like twin brothers.
Taiki only appears when Junichi felt like hiding away from reality for a while, this is because Junichi feels most comfortable with Taiki. But this also gives Jayoku an easier chance to get a hold of the body, unless Taiki is highly distracted with candies.
TRIGGER : To be filled.
ABILITIES [EXTRA] : None
WEAKNESSES [EXTRA] :
Excessive Bleeding - It's rare, but when Taiki is suffering from depression or is extremely stressed out, his abdomen, particularly his stomach will hurt, and it will bleed excessively eventhough there isn't any wounds. This is actually pretty serious, because this isn't any sort of illusion or magic, he is losing real blood from his body. There are two ways to stop this, either making Taiki happy again or forcing another personality to the surface. (this is more of like a 'special feature' than a weakness I think..)
LIKES : Paestries, candies, sweet food, video games
DISLIKES : Bitter food, old people, work.
PERSONALITY #6
NAME : Akane (means 'Brilliant red.')
APPEARANCE (EXTRA) : In the sense of expressions and gestures, he looks a little bit more feminine and flamboyant. Often seen dressed in sexy and flamboyant clothing as well, such as richly colored feathers and shiny colorful beads and scales. Thick make-up to cover up the scales as much as possible.
REPRESENTS : Ghost
PERSONALITY : Despite being in a male body, Akane considers himself as a female. He.. or more likely, she is the 6th personality that emerged when Junichi became a teenager. Akane is more or less a slut, the only reason that she takes over the body is to abuse it in sexual ways. When she has control over the body, Akane is usually seen lurking in bars or inns or just any place where adults hang out in flamboyant clothing. She prefers men most of the time, but sometimes she will go after women as well. She is rather smart and cunning with words too, being able to tell persuasive lies and sweet words that could get any guy extremely turned on. Technically, Junichi lost his body's virginity when Akane was having control over it.
Thankfully for Junichi, that when Akane is controlling his body she usually puts on a lot of make-up and dresses up very differently from Junichi, hence no one can really recognize that Akane is actually Junichi unless they know him very well, and was unfortunately targeted by Akane.
When Akane has had her fill of sexual fulfillment, she willingly surrenders to Junichi and leaves him in awkward situations. Akane chooses the most strategic times to take over the body - when Junichi is sleeping or resting. But she isn't a very greedy person and she doesn't appear too often. She first appeared when Junichi was having a crush over a girl during his puberty, the girl was unharmed but the same could not be said for her older brother. Although I think they enjoyed themselves...
Remulos was harassed multiple times by Akane in the past. But his timid and shy personality make it hard for Akane to persuade him into having sex. Many times had Remmy denied Akane of sex and forced her back into Junichi's head. Hence, Junichi had been conversing with Remmy to use that tactic to prevent Akane from abusing his body when he can.

ABILITIES [EXTRA] :
Sweet Talk - Able to tell persuasive lies and speak sweet words with the sole purpose of getting them into bed with her.
WEAKNESSES [EXTRA] :
Being denied - This will hurt her drastically emotionally. Being denied for sex will probably put her into such a huge depression that she wouldn't emerge out of her hermit shell in a long period of time.
LIKES : Sex, good looking guys (preferably slightly hulky like Hugh Jackman), nail polish.
DISLIKES : Bugs, dirt and 'slimy' guys.

World Concept
Legend says that the very last one of the animal species,
will have the ability of turning into human shape,
yet retaining some traits of it's original form.
And they have immortal life.
But they also have another ability,
they can create miracles,
but in exchange they have to pay a very dear price........
But however, this is not a legend in a world called Craiziel. In this world, as if to prevent animal extinction, something magical will happen to the last animal of the certain species. Such as the last rattle snake, the last orang utan, or the last siberian husky. This particular animal will gain immortal life, as well as the power to transform itself into a part-human, part-animal shape. But good things come with consequences most of the time. Due to the fact that they are the last one of the species, they cannot breed. They could also grant people a wish, but in return they have to pay a heavy price - their lifes. These people are called 'Zaire'.
There are several main intelligent races in Craiziel, which are the elves, the Soulfishes, intelligent merpeople that could transform between fish and human form, and the Tajyas, an ancient species that are half human, half bird. The Tajyas are a very arrogant race, they pride on their rich history and their modern technology. They claim the sky as their throne next to the phoenixes that roamed the sky. Other than them, there are some magical creatures that roamed the land as well, such as unicorns, dragons and even little fairies. And also several other races that are less intelligent and smaller in numbers scattered about Craiziel, they mostly form little villages to live in.
Craiziel is still in a very undeveloped form, think mostly jungles and forests, with large Tajya structures occasionally protruding out of the thick jungle. And little villages here and there. A war currently rages on this land, started by the elves for unknown reasons still. But one thing is for sure, they are trying to wipe every single species in the land. Countless villages had been destroyed. So the amount of Zaires had been accumulating. To survive these hard times, these lonely Zaires banded together to form a little village by the seaside, near a ruined Soulfish town. Because eventhough ruined, the remaining magical properties of the Soulfish town and the items they left behind provided some means to survive and defense for the group of Zaires. And it is in this particular town, where a lost child was found.

HOW YAMATA NO OROCHI GOT THE KUSANAGI SWORD
Yamata no Orochi is a snake bijuu*. It has crimsom red eyes, eight heads and eight tails (also depicted to having trees and vines growing around them) and has the power of the Demon world, a symbol of evil. Each head of Yamata no Orochi represents a symbol: Soul, Ghost, Evil, Devil, Monstrous, Kill, The Afterworld and Death.
Yamata no Orochi was originally rather weak. But once when he was attacked by the Kusanagi clan, they carelessly used the legendary sword Kusanagi no Tsurugi which contained great power. Orochi took the sword from them and absorbed the power within it, and became an extremely powerful creature. The sword was soon after stored in it's body.

Susanoo is the God of Sea and Storms. When he was expelled from heaven he came down to earth and encountered a couple at the river side. They were weeping hysterically. Susanoo questioned them about their miseries. They told a story of a giant eight-headed serpent - Yamata no Orochi that needed virgin sacrifices every year. It had already took seven of the old couples' daughters, and this year they need to sacrifice their eighth and last daughter, Kushinada.
Susanoo offered to slay the Yamata no Orochi for them, but in return he asked for Kushinada's hand in marriage. The couple agreed, thinking that it would be best if their daughter were to married to a God rather than being eaten by a monster. Susanoo turned Kushinada into a comb and placed it in his hair. He then asks the old couple to brew some liquor that has been refined eight times, and then build a round enclosure with eight gates, each with a platform and a liquor vat. They fill the liquor vats and wait, and sure enough the Orochi appears. It dips a head into each vat and consumed the liquor. Soon it was intoxicated and passed out, giving Susanoo a chance to cut all of it's head off. When he attempted to cut it's middle tail, Susanoo's blade met with something hard and chipped. Curious, Susanoo carefully sliced the tail to reveal a sword inside it - the legendary Kusanagi no Tsurugi. Susanoo gave the great sword to his sister, Amaterasu, the Goddess of Sun. Who eventually gave it to her descendant on Earth, the Emperor.

NAME : Remulos (Remmy is his nickname)
GENDER : Male
RACE : Zaire
SPECIES : Great Horned Owl
AGE : He's only about 9 years old, but has the maturity and the looks of a mid twenties.
OCCUPATION : A hunter... sort of...
APPEARANCE : Face framed by brown messy hair, pale skin and dark circle under his eyes, Remulos looked rather sickly most of the time. It's due to his nocturnal nature that he has a very ungodly sleeping pattern. He also has a pair of dark feathers that sort of pokes out a little at the sides of his head, similar to 'horns' on horned owls, which was what Remmy used to be. Although it might sound and look comical, but Remmy also has an owl tail that perpetually droop downwards.
PERSONALITY : Remmy is rather timid by nature, it's very contrasting with his original looks. When people order him to stand, he dare not sit, and when people order him to stand, even his tail won't brush the surface of the chair. He does this moreso because he's paranoid about getting into trouble than obeying the laws or authorities. He hates dealing with problems because he don't know how to. He is easily scared by the tiniest things, like little movements in a dark corner that turned out to be a mouse, which is his favourite food. Or even the sudden chirp of a cicada in the house ceiling.
Remmy is also nocturnal, which is logical since he is an owl after all. Despite his ability to be able to see in the dark better than normal people, being nocturnal is his bane of existance, since he is so paranoid about things in the dark. He is very naive, and will easily believe whatever people tell him. He strongly believed in the existance of ghosts and scary creatures in the dark, it's all because of the horror stories his mother used to tell him when he was a little owlette.
Despite his timid nature, Remmy is a very protective guardian. When in the face of danger he will probably first hide behind Junichi in horror, but when the situation calls it he will stand in front of Junichi to protect him, albeit his legs will tremble like jellies in terror, and a little voice in his head will be screaming in horror.

DISLIKES : Dark, Unknown objects, Ghosts, Fireflies (because he thinks they are the spirit of the departed), Water

It is believed that the sword still exists in the current world. In the Orochi legend, Orochi was originally a rather weak bijuu, but he gained great power when he consumed the sword. And having the sword within Orochi's body for such a long period of time, he developed sort of a bond with the sword.
Assuming that Junichi is like how the original Orochi is, a weak existance. If Junichi gets ahold of the sword again he would regain great power, thus allowing him to take the Ancient path as he grow older. In the legend, due to the fact that the Orochi was slayed when it was still having the Kusanagi sword in him, when he was reborn Junichi could always feel this void in his heart. Like there's supposed to be something there but he's not sure what, having not remember anything from his past life and the existance of the sword. If he comes near to the sword however, he would be able to feel it. What power would Junichi gain if he gets ahold of the sword is still unknown. You will have to wait and find out for yourselves!

HOW THINGS WORK IN HIS MIND!
In-mind conversation - Junichi is able to converse with the personalities in his mind at will, if the personality is willing too of course. Although they are in the same head, but Junichi doesn't know what the other personalities are thinking normally until they 'speak' to him. However, the other abilities normally would be able to know what Junichi is thinking. It's kind of unfair, but that's what you have to sacrifice when you're the dominant personality. The same thing goes for the other personalities as well. When they have control over the body they take upon Junichi's role, they couldn't know what the other personalities are thinking and everyone will be able to know what the current dominant personality is thinking.
Names - Like mentioned before, only Junichi's name was given by his foster parents. The other personalities provided their own individual names when they emerge onto Junichi's body.
Emerging - At least to Junichi, when a new personality emerges, they will take over the body for the first time. Only then would Junichi knows they exist. They might've been lurking in his mind, not introducing themselves or make themselves known to Junichi. But neither Junichi or the other conscious personality knows. Junichi only knows when they come up and take over the body for the first time.
Death of personalities - This is still somewhat a rough concept. When a certain personality suffers a devastating emotional or psychological attack, they would sort of 'die' where in the sense that he won't exist in the mind anymore. No other personalities would know where the personality disappear to. It could just be hiding somewhere deep inside the mind and not wanting to exist or make known to anyone anymore.
