As if the past year hasn't been hard enough. 3 surgeries, 4 hospitalizations, wedding, reception, moving, labor and delivery, AJ being activated to Iraq.....now I find out I have cancer. Isn't life just frickin' wonderful. cry

Cervical Cancer. That HPV virus didn't get out of my system, and caused two tumors which caused cancer.

About 9 months in.
Right after the baby was born apparently.

Wow that is alot to deal with especially with hubby deploying and a new baby. *hugs* Thank goodness they caught it. I hope you will recover quickly. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prays.

That HPV is a bad bad thing... I'm lucky, they found it in me at stage one... I know it sucks, but at least you had a child before this happened, I think it would be much worse if you wanted to have a child and couldn't because of it- that's why I'm glad to have my son, even though it wasn't the best of conditions to be having a child... I know it's hard, but we are here for you if you want to vent/talk about it ok?

Thank you for the support. Its just maddening right now I suppose. It feels like just as I get over one thing something else happens, and that's just medically. That doesn't include all the other life stressors going on. I just feel like I can't get a break, we can't get a break. Its just really hard to find the positives lately.

Oh honey, you have had a rough year haven't you. Thank goodness 2006 is nearly over, hopefully there will be alot of good for you in 2007, you deserve a decent break.
Thinking of you, you know where I am even though I haven't been around much recently, I hope treatment is not too invasive, if you need to talk...x
