eyes: a bright emerald green
hair: it is a dark peanut butter-y brown with the very last inch and a half or so dyed lime green. her hair is straight and comes down a little past her shoulders
body: she is lean with smooth nicely tanned skin, and somewhat alrge in the breast area.
distinguishing features: Juli is of average height, with all the features listed above. Her otehr features include: Juli has slightly pointed ears, not entirely pointed, but not dull and round like human ears. She has horns atop her head, they are short and twisted, but horns nontheless, they are a dark grey in color. She also has small wings on her back, they are the same dark grey as her horns, but are made of feathers.
clothing: Juli almost always wears jeans and a t-shirt, like the one you can find at Walmart, she always has a certain bronze pendant around her neck that has a tiger engraved on it. She NEVER wears shoes, even if hte ground was on fire, she wouldn't wear shoes.
personality: she seems cold and distant, but at the same time firey and in your face. she doesn't get along with everybody. If you get to know her she is a true friend. THe kind that if you were in jail, they wouldn't bail you out, they'd be sitting next to you saying "That was awesome." She has a daring attitude and doesn't take lightlyto people who think she can't do something. She also retains the attitude that she is feirce and could hurt you if you crossed her, although she wouldn't do that.
likes: fire, tigers, her species, semi-darkness, kids up to age 12
dislikes: water, stupid humans, too much light, talkative people

act: Juli is able to control and bend fire. She is also able to combine this in a sense, with her fire manipulating skills. she also has a tiger that she helped to raise, who dances with her in these acts. It is unclear exactly why this tiger is so special and attached to Juli, but eventually more may be revealed.
strengths: she can bend the fire in any way she wants and even change it different colors. She has amazing control and focus and hardly ever messes things up unless somethign is truly bothering her. She and her tiger can perform complex series of tricks to a song of their choice. Her tiger does what ever she says and can learn her dance moves faster than a chimp.
weaknesses: once the fire catches onto somethign else that she can't control, it spreads. quickly. If the fire catches the tiger, it dies. Although, liek a pheonix the tigers comes back to life in it's own ashes, it takes a few days and could cause her to have to miss her act in the show. The other thing that happens when her tiger is caught on fire, is that he goes crazy. Like raving mad crazy, he could ravage the stands, or even go after a very rude and annoying audience member.

world: B, in his world no animal is like any other, all can speak and understand whatever another creature says. each creature has their own thing they can do, and these traits can be inherited from the parents.
eyes: emerald green
fur: his fur has a gleam to it, because it is so well kept by Juli. His coat is a lighter orange than normal tigers with black stripes
distinguishing features: he is NOT declawed, the tip of his tail is dyed lime green like Juli's hair, and he has a feather tied into his fur behind his right ear, it is a dark grey feather from one of Juli's wings, to remind him of her.
skills: Reza was born with his fire manipulating skill, but they do not appear to show until his early adult years. He can speak any language that another creature speaks, from any world. He has an amazing memory, so it is not likely that he will forget a face, or a move or a routine.
personality: Reza's personality is is loving, and caring, so he won't let someone he enjoys being with get hurt in any way. Although if Reza feels threatened or doesn't like someone he doesn't treat them the same, or nicely.
likes: Juli, meat, fire, warmth, semi-darkness, little kids up to the age of 12, making people happy, being better than other tigers of his species
dislikes: other tigers, some teenage-adult people, water, cold, not being top dawgcat
prehistory: Reza was taken care of by Juli who eventually had to let Reza lead his own life, and he joined hte circus.
history: Reza's short history begins in a small apartment across the street from where Juli lived. Reza's mother had been a domesticated female tiger that was forced to breed with other tigers to see if she would eventually produce a white tiger. Her owner was cruel in this act because it was against the law, and caused Reza's mother to become very weak, and ill with all the breeding he put her through. The last litter she ever produced was the litter with Reza in it. All five of the tiger cubs were males. In the process of giving birth to this litter, Reza's mother died. The cruel owner, knowing he wouldn't be able to do anything with five male tigers, put them in a box and left them out on the street. Within hours of not being fed or watered, three of the tigers died. Reza and only one of his brothers remained. That afternoon as Juli came back from shopping, she saw the box and went to look at it since it was an unusual site just sitting there on the sidewalk. When she looked inside she was horrified. She quickly took Reza and his brother inside her apartment and gave them milk. After they were cuddled together on the couch, she went back outside with a shovel and buried the other three tiger cubs. She marked each cub's grave with a large rock. For the next week Juli took care of hte tigers as best she could. She went to bed one night, trying to decide on names for each of them. When she woke in the moring, one of the tigers was meowing alarmingly loudly. Juli quickly found out why. The second cub had gotten into the kitchen cupboard and eaten some of the bleach Juli used to clean special dishes before company arrived. With all but one cub dead, she consumed herself with keeping this cub from dying. She named him Reza because the box he had been found in was from the Azer television company. The reason the tip of reza's tail is lime green is because, when Juli dyed the tips of her hair green, she spilled the dye in the sink, which had the drain closed and was full of water, Reza managed to not be paying any attention, more focused on what Juli was doing, and accidently had his tail partially soaking in the colorful liquid.

Stages Act:Carnie: Reza is still a young adult and can't do much of anything. As a starting job, he can give small children little rides on his back, or people can pay a fee to feed him. His fire manipulating skills are just coming in. All he can really do is blow fire for a few seconds and set small obects nearby on fire, as well as make little fire sparks in the air, like small fireworks. Castmember : Reza is older now, his fire manipulating skills are growing, and he is honing them. He can now carry large amounts of weight on his back. He can make things spontaneously combust in a 15 foot radius. He can manipulate the color of hte fire that he is bending in hte air, and also light his stripes with fire, so his pelt would appear to glow with flame. Headliner : Reza has mastered his fire manipulating skills, he can bend large amounts of fire in 25 foot radius, and make things of any size spontaneously combust within a 25 foot radius. He can change the colors of the fire, nad even make different sections different colors to make a picture. He can combine his natural grace of being a tiger with amazing agility nad balance with his fire bending to make a dazzling performance for the audience. Reza can now light hus entire pelt a flame, eventually he dries up and dies into ashes, but after a few days he is reborn form these ashes, and the same as he was before. Cothes: Carnie: the tip of Reza's tail is lime green. He is still a young adult, and cannot do much. He almost looks cute and fuzzy like a fluffly kitten, but bigger. Cast member : Reza looks like an adult tiger still in the beginning of his adult years, he is much larger, but not full grown yet. His tail is still tipped in lime green, he also gains a dark grey feather from one of Juli's wings tied behind his ear Headliner: his tail is still dyed lime green on the very end, and he still has the feather, but he is older and stronger. He is fiercesome and can scare anyone just with a stare if he wants to. Reza now has a few different silver clip earrings on each ear, and a single silver band around his tail seperating his lime green dye job, and real fur pattern

I am a harsh critiquer, but I'm only here to help.
You've got some problems here. I'm going to adress them one by one.
Appearance- Julie strikes me as a bit of a Mary Sue. Bright emerald green eyes, hair dyed a strange color, perfect skin, and a large chest - no one really looks like this. I noticed you said she's not human, but you haven't specified what she is. It doesn't matter if you want to keep it a secret, you need to justify why she looks this way. What species has pointy ears, horns, AND feathery wings? Pick one or two, not all three if you can, because they don't match. If you give her wings, you need to bring in that she needs most of her clothes altered to fit or something like that. Basically, the point I'm trying to make is that if you are anything other than baseline human, you need to justify why. It makes the character make more sense.
Personality- You've essentially created a bunch of paradoxes and cliches. Cold and distant/firey and in your face .... I'm not picturing how she can be both without being bipolar or something. I DO like that you've made her really loyal to her friends but at the same time, she's loyal to herself and her own abilities. Basically, go through and pick the core traits and elaborate on them. Eliminate cliches and come up with your own way to say what's going on.
Likes and Dislikes - I know this might have to do with her species/history, but why does she like and dislike these things? A person doesn't just wake up and decide, "I don't like humans." Manage to work in why she doesn't like these things in her history and personality. Like I said earlier, justify, justify, justify. Nothing happens for no reason.
Act- again, I bet it has to do with the species, but explain her fire manipulation. If you have to, type up a species and world thing. Is it something she was born with or something she learned?
Tigers- Why do the tigers spontaneously combust and reincarnate/ why only her tiger? Why have you described other tigers as dying, but this one comes back to life? Couldn't you just burn a tiger carcass and it would come back to life? I get the sense that he instantly dies when he catches on fire, so how can he go crazy? This whole thing makes very little sense.
Reza- the best thing so far. He's good to go.
clothes- what does a fire bolt look like? Surely not the broom from Harry Potter.
Why is she wearing a dress for fire manipulations? Unless it's an anti-burn material, I'd imagine her more wearing something form-fitting (after all, you gave her a great body) that is less likely to catch on fire. But, do what you want. Reza's still doing good.
Just a final note, spell check the whole thing. You have a few errors.
I just want you to know that even though I just ripped the whole thing apart, I think this could work if you work at it. Good luck!

thankyou for the critique, as for her species she's not a certain one, she's actually a hybrid because of her parents being different, although i might take out hte ears/horns stuff. i haven't had the chance recently to do much with the history or refining things, but i hope to get a chance soon. the firemanipulation thing is part of what comes with her species but she has to hone hte skill to not destroy everyone. reza does not die instantly when catching on fire, he goes insane, as though the fire is taking over his brain, then he "dies". Also he is not a tiger from a real world, he is from the same world Juli came from, and does not follow the same patterns that a normal tiger would follow. the outfit for Juli might change, but it also might not. and the firebolt is shaped much like a comet.

In the Oz books (and the Wicked spinoffs), there are creatures called Animals (note the capital letter) that are various sorts of animal with human sentience, speech, and intelligence. If you wanted Reza to be along those lines, but from another world (not Oz?), I could see that working. You could even make him slightly anthropomorphic and define your own special Tigers further.
Eliminating Julie from the equation would also make the idea more compatable with existing fire-based characters as a partner or an apprentice. Right now they seem to function as two seperate characters. ----> Since you are allowed to have two cirquelings, why not focus on one of them now and then add the other in later?
Ultimately it's up to you, and I'm sure that whatever you decide on will work great. Remember that it's YOUR character, and it has to be someone you'd like to RP as. Don't change them just to make someone else happy. Do what pleases you in the end.
