This is a really fun assignment for my Theatre 242 class. The entire class picks any singer for each person in the class to perform for them (and just random people who'll walk in eek ). This type of project will help strengthen a quality that the person feels weak at (i.e. shyness, stiff in movement, focus, etc.) For me I really didn't know what I needed to work on, but I blerted that I'm not the type to get dressy xp .So my teacher said I should work on my "feminine" characteristics. So my fellow thespians picked Madonna for me. sweatdrop heheh, not sure if I could pull it off, but oh well. This is really gonna be a lot of fun.

Now I have to pick two songs tomorrow to lip sync to, and then my class/teacher has to decide which one. I picked Prayer and Vogue....but I really want to do Prayer, I've grown attatched to that song now after listening to it; and the music video is beautiful. heart

Well, tomorrow's the day, and I pretty much got the moves down. I really wish I could have gotten the wig crying ....but ah well, selavi. This is really gonna be a lot of fun.

Lip Sync was a success! Unorganized, but a success none the less. But most of all it was a lot of fun!!! I enjoyed dancing and lip syncing to "Vogue", I really felt pumped up and everything! And seeing my friends and classmate was both amazing and funny. (Celine Dion was our mistress of ceremony, she was really funny! xd )

So many celebrities were there, Lil Kim, Tina Turner, Joey Ramone, Courtney Love, William Hung, Madonna, Christina Aguilera....and So Much more. But why make this a class assignment? Anybody can dress up and lip sync as anybody! We all agreed we should do this as a party thing someday....now that would be a lot of fun.

and the guy who played Marilyn Manson... eek burning_eyes heart ....well, let's just say A LOT of women noticed him now sweatdrop

We had one of those in the theatre 3/4 classes last year and a roup of guys did Lady Marmalade (the Mouin Rouge version) and all dressed up in short shorts, fishnets, and high heals and had these wigs on. It was pretty freaking hillarious.

I didn't actually get to do one, because I was in the tech theatre class, but I saw them walking through the green room on stage and it was like LAWL.
